Another king bedroom on this level offers a private balcony with stunning ocean panoramas. A nearby guest room, perfect for kids or extra guests, includes two custom full bunks and two twin beds, along with a private bathroom featuring a shower and tub combo.

The second floor is where relaxation and entertainment come together. The open-concept living area features a cozy fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and French doors that lead to an expansive balcony with incredible Gulf views. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats eight guests, while the chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, two ovens, two microwaves, a beverage fridge, two sinks, and ample counter space for preparing delicious meals. POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for pool heat. If you prefer to have an unheated pool, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded. The hot tub/spa are not operable separate from the pool

PLEASE NOTE: The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period. We will immediately refund you if conditions do not allow for this.
