Description:
Son Serra Marina sea view townhouse sleeps 5 people, 100 meters from the sea.



This lovely bright sea view house is located in Son Serra de Marina, with its natural sandy beach and crystal clear water, and it is only a short drive to Can Picafort and Muro’s beaches.



Perfect family house for up to 5 people with amazing panoramic sea and mountain views of the bay of Alcudia, from the lounge and sun terrace



Decorated with a modern coastal style to reflect the colours of the sea and surrounding nature.



It has an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge on the second floor to maximise the great views from the large windows, you can sit on the sofa and watch the sailing yachts on the sea.



On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, the master with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, the second has two single beds and the third a single bed. The second and third bedroom share a bathroom with walk in shower. There is a separate toilet next to the lounge.



The house has a beautiful sun terrace with fantastic views, where you can enjoy dining and relaxing, there are sun beds, sofas, dining table and chairs; a Weber gas barbecue grill and also an outside shower for cooling down on those hot summer days.



The house is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning in all bedrooms and common areas. We politely ask you to be responsible with energy consumption.

Comfortable house in a good location

The best feature of the house is the rooftop terrace. When we stayed it was very hot, and having the shaded area, shower and plentiful sunbeds/seating was perfect; there are lovely views and the sunsets were amazing. The open plan living area was a good size and just as shown in the photos. The aircon was a godsend although the downstairs didn’t work for the first few days and the unit had to be replaced during our stay; not a big problem and just one of those things. The washing machine does need to be replaced as the door wouldn’t lock and had to have a chair against it - it also leaked. But we managed and the outdoor area for drying was very useful. The bedrooms/bathrooms were all fine..good to have 3 with 5 of us staying. There is a rocky but easy to access beach 100m away: take beach shoes and a snorkel and mask too as the water is clear and there are lots of fish to see. You can hire kayaks/paddle boards next door to the very chilled Bar Moomba a 10 min walk away. Best to do water activities in the morning as the sea gets rougher in the afternoon. We liked the food at Blue Tamarindo but had most of our meals (breakfast especially good) at the El Sol - we needed to reserve tables, as it was always busy, but could do that easily online. Great place for people watching. A final mention for the great small supermarket near to El Sol: fresh bread, most of the food etc you need and a lovely guy runs the place. The house is very central and Son Serra is a chilled, relaxed holiday place. We felt very lucky to be there and really enjoyed our holiday.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem kleinen Häuschen sehr genossen. Es ist alles da was man braucht inklusive bequemer Betten. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist grandios!

Schöne komfortable Wohnung mit atemberaubenden Seeblick

Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral, aber ruhig. Sehr gute Ausstattung in der Küche und für den Strand. Bequeme Betten. Bettwäsche, Tücher, Strandtücher vorhanden. Die Entfernung zum kleinen Strand 400m zu großen Strand 750 m. In der Umgebung: 3 Lebensmittelläden, 4 Restaurants, Eisdiele, Apotheke alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Dachterrasse -ein Traum!
