"Our room was spacious, clean and nice. Outside the building there is repair that needs done. We could ride our bikes to the historic downtown Santa Fe area. Not walkable. Breakfast was very good! Hot tub was not working."

"Had to be moved to a different room on the first night because of air conditioning reasons, but the staff was prompt and helpful and I deeply appreciated how expeditiously they made moves for us. Inn at Santa Fe, SureStay Collection by Best Western
"The cleanliness of the hotel needs to be improved. There was a blood stain on the bedsheet in our room, and the blanket was torn. The hotel staff today was helpful and brought us another blanket, which we appreciated. However, the overall condition of the room still made our stay uncomfortable."

Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder
"Property is nice and elegant but the AC wasn’t working in part of the hotel. We booked 3 rooms and two of them the AC didn’t work. We were there in June . We asked for two adjoining rooms and they couldn’t accommodate."
