Welcome to Casa Cigala, a very impressive property consisting of three free-standing buildings located just outside of the charming town of Santa Eularia.

This stunning villa, for up to 16 people, is located on the oceanfront and surrounded by panoramic sea views.
You will be able to watch the sunrise from your very own roof terrace.

There are 8 bedrooms in total, all with ensuite bathrooms, 6 of the bedrooms have their own, independent entrances. Bedrooms 1, 2, 4 and 6 have super king beds that can be made into single beds but will still be in the same double frame.

There also are 2 kitchens and a 2 spacious living area, various terraces, all surrounded by beautifully kept tropical gardens.

You can walk from the villa to the beach of Niu Blau (5 min) where you will find the famous beach club; Pura Vida.

The beach club is home to the weekly performance of the island's most famous flamenco guitar player - Paco Fernandez, an evening definitely worth putting down to your Ibiza holiday diary.

If you do feel a little more adventurous you could carry on walking and another within 15 min the cost will take you to the iconic Babylon Beach Bar.

The main star of the outdoors is the large swimming pool with sunbeds, parasols and chill-out areas, perfect for all-day lazing in the sun.
The very special Moroccan pool house equipped with a music system and bathroom area will provide you with everything you may need to relax with some Balearic tunes in the background.

To top it all up there is access to the sea directly from your front lawn, no crowds just you and the waves. ​
And when you are ready for some al fresco dining, the BBQ area with the sea view is waiting for you.


CHECK-IN
Leaving the airport, please call us and we will meet you at the villa to check you in, and check the passport to confirm the identity of the person who has made the property booking and signed the booking pack. At the same time, we will take any outstanding payments and answer any questions.

The fees regarding out of hours check in/check out are as per our terms and conditions.
Our working hours are 8am – 8pm, for arrivals and departures not within these hours, the following surcharges apply:
Check-in/out between 8pm - 11pm - 50 Euros
Check-in/out between 11pm - 6am - 70 Euros
Check-in/out between 6 am -8 am – 50 euros

These charges are not for you to extend your holiday stay; they are for our team members to meet you at the property outside of our working hours.
All these payments are paid on arrival at the villa.

PLEASE NOTE:
*There is a Tourist tax of €2.20 per person, per night to be collected separately by the host, 6 weeks before arrival. For arrivals that are less than six weeks, tourist tax will be collected once the booking is confirmed.
*If bookings are 2 weeks or more, then an extra cleaning is necessary every 7 days and the payment is extra on top of the advertised price.
*The gardens are maintained between 8am and 1 pm.
*Security Deposit of €4000 is due 3 days before arrival via pre-authorization.

Any events that have more people than the guests in the villa and/or have outside suppliers coming to the villa must be confirmed first as there will be extra service fees for this.

All rubbish must be taken out, any rubbish bags left will be charged 25 euros per bag.
