Country house with fantastic views of the Puig de Misa of Santa Eulalia del Rio and with beautiful views of the mountains. It has three double bedrooms with their corresponding bathroom, large living / dining room, kitchen, two covered terraces / porches, private pool surrounded by garden, barbecue and a large outdoor patio.
Located just 2 minutes from the town of Santa Eulalia del Rio, a very quiet, familiar town, where there is a beautiful beach. The best restaurants are located to try typical Ibizan cuisine.
Located about 12 kilometers from the city of Ibiza.
Five minutes away is the Es Cana area, where on Wednesdays there is a hippy market, and also a beautiful beach.
San Carlos is the next town where there is a beautiful church and restaurants to eat, on Saturdays the hippie market called Las Dalias is open.
The house is ideal to relax with family / friends where there is a lot of tranquility in the countryside

Prachtig ruim huis met uitzicht op mooie natuur.

Hartelijk ontvangst door Eva. Het huis en het zwembad in de tuin is in het echt mooier en ruimer dan op de foto’s. Ruime slaapkamers en fijne badkamers. Veel privacy in huis. De toegang naar het huis is via een smalle privé weg en een hek. Deze weg komt uit op een drukke weg die lastig op te rijden is

Amazing holiday

We absolutely loved our stay in this villa. The Villa is gorgeous, as are the surroundings and the pool. There is a shop, bar and smoke house all walking distance away. Buses run from the main road (about 2 mins walk) and taxi’s are also easy to flag down. The absolute best thing about the property is the owner, Eva. Eva couldn’t have made us feel more welcome and was always incredibly quick to respond to messages. We will definitely be going back.

Awesome house and great host!

When we landed on Ibiza, Eva asked us at what time we would arrive at the house so she could welcome us. To our surprise we were able to check-in earlier than the normal check-in time. During our stay, Eva would sometimes come and take care of the property around the house and have a nice little chat with us. The house is located in a protected area which is only reachable if you have a key for the automatic fence. This gives a great sense of protection. The house itself is very big! Three double bedrooms, each with a huge bathroom. A nice livingroom and a large well equipped kitchen. There's also an extra toilet with a washing machine and a dryer. The bathrooms all have a couple of towels and the beds were allready made. The house itself doesn't get very warm which is great in summer. If it does get too hot or cold you can use the airco to cool or warm the house very fast. Outside there is a nice swimmingpool and a stone made bbq. There are also a couple of places around the house where you can eat or drink. Overall we had a great stay!

Perfect villa in the ideal location

We had a wonderful stay. The property is exactly like the pictures, beautifully decorated, amazing pool and gorgeous gardens. It's so close to Santa Eulalia but so peaceful. We had a fantastic time during our stay at the villa. Eva, our host, could not do enough for us. We decided not to hire a car as we were a family of 6, so it would have been very expensive to hire a vehicle large enough to transport us all. Instead, we used the local taxis. Their vehicles are immaculate. We would "mither" Eva every day to book us two taxis to collect us each evening and take us to Santa Eulalia for dinner (approx 8-10 euros in a taxi from the villa), which she happily did for us. It made a huge difference not having to worry about this each day. The villa is a beautiful property, in a quiet secluded area away from the main road but with its own electric entrance gate and house alarm for added security. It is also located a short distance from Eva'a mother and brother's house so there is also someone around so you never feel isolated. In any event, the main road to Santa Eulalia is only a 5 minute work down the track from the villa and approximately 15 minute walk to the local supermarket supplying lots of organic produce. The villa has everything you need, is spotlessly clean and in a great location. Our fantastic host Eva helped make our stay as comfortable and hassle free as possible. Thank Eva, we had a wonderful 2 weeks in your villa and we will definitely be back again!!

das Haus ist sauber und gross. Eva ist super nett und hat uns auch ein babybettchen/hochstuhl zur verfügung gestellt. Lage war für uns top, vieles ziemlich schnell zu erreichen. Einziges zu bemängeln, es könnte für die Kinder draussen mehr zum spielen geben. z.b. schaukel… oder so was, platz wäre da.

Great stay, excellent host

Our booking was impacted by COVID in 2020 but the host, Eva, was fantastic in offering full refund when she didn’t have to, and we managed to rebook for 2021. Excellent helpful communications with Eva continued from then right through to arrival which Eva allowed to be 2 hours earlier than the official 4pm which really helped us out. Eva personally welcomed us and showed us round the villa and explained about the electric gate, alarm, etc. The villa itself was exactly what we wanted, with the 3 bedrooms with great bathrooms being a great feature for us. Everything was exactly as advertised. The pool area was easily big enough for the 5 of us, with plenty of shade available too, and the pool was lovely. In terms of opportunities, it would have been good to have cleaning materials available to keep the kitchen clean, but we had to buy those. Also, the umbrellas round the pool blew out of their bases a few times as they had seen better days and would benefit from an upgrade, and the same for the pool nets. That said, none of that detracted from our enjoyment of our time at Eva’s lovely villa and her excellent hosting.... thank you Eva.

Wonderful house for your stay in Ibiza

Our stay was perfect! We travelled with a group of 4 friends to Ibiza and we were so impressed by this house. It is perfectly located so that you can drive to all coasts and important areas of Ibiza in no time. Also the house was very clean and we were surprised because it was way bigger than we though. Also Eva was such a nice Host to us and helped us with everything we needed ! Thanks for everything! We will definitely come back !

Tolle Finca in ruhiger und uneinsehbarer Lage

Die Eigentümerin Eva ist eine sehr nette Einheimische, die man jederzeit anrufen kann, sollte man Probleme haben. Die Aufteilung der Finca ist ideal. Jedes Zimmer hat ein großzügiges Bad sowie einen großzügigen Kleiderschrank (offen). Zusätzlich gibt es noch eine Gästetoilette, in der sich die Waschmaschine und der Trockner befinden. Der Wohn- Essraum ist ebenfalls sehr großzügig, genauso wie die Küche, in der alles notwendige vorhanden ist. Auf der Terrasse hat man Morgensonne sowie Blick über den Pool. Unter den Weinreben sitzt es sich zu jeder Tageszeit gemütlich im Halbschatten. Es sind ausreichend und sehr bequeme Liegen vorhanden. Auch der Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist großzügig. Das Objekt ist gut gesichert (umzäuntes Familienanwesen) und das Haus verfügt über eine Alarmanlage. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Stressfreies Paradies

Wir durften 10 Tage in dieser traumhaft schönen Finca verbringen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und sogar noch ein "Gäste WC". Der Pool ist ein Traum und lädt ein dort seinen Tag zu verbringen. Eva ist eine Tolle unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Wenn in 2020 unser Termin nicht schon besetzt gewesen wäre, hätten wir direkt für das kommende Jahr wieder gebucht. Danke Eva für einen so feinen Urlaub.

Very, very nice villa!!!

Beautiful villa, as well as from the inside as the outside. All rooms do have their own fully equipped luxury badroom. The whole house has air-conditioning. Swimmingpool is very good! We will come back for sure

Fantastic villa!

We had the most amazing holiday. The villa is perfect. Our 2 children 11 years and 6 years loved spending time in the pool. Eva is very friendly and very easy to communicate with. The villa is very spacious. Loved the walk in wardrobe in the main bedroom! The outside area is also very spacious with plenty of sitting areas. The sun loungers were really comfy! The villa is in a great location. We hired a car and enjoyed going into Santa Eulàlia which was only about a 5 minute drive away. Plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and the harbour was really lovely. Thank you Eva! We had such a lovely time and can’t wait to come back!

Peace and Tranquility

Six of us spent a chilled week in the villa after our sons wedding and it was just what we needed.Eva and her parents are so welcoming and were so helpful in dealing with taxis at the end of our holiday. The villa is spotless with everything you needed and if I had one tiny comment to make it was the pillows were rather thin but it did not detract from the beautiful scenery and pool which were fabulous. The butcher at the end of the road made the most fabulous burgers and the supermarket within walking distance had everything we needed we lacked for nothing the whole week. We took buses from the end of the road all the time which worked a treat saving us from hiring a car and costing a fortune! All I can say is do not hesitate to book this villa you will not be disappointed at all . Thank you Eva x
