The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests
- 3 bedrooms - 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin trundle beds
- 2 bathrooms
- 2 reserved parking spaces in the driveway. There is free street parking available, but a spot may be hard to come by as this is a busy street.
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ a drip coffee maker

- Spacious backyard with a hot tub, BBQ, fire pit, and outdoor seating
- For safety, the indoor wood burning stove is not operable.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, except one of the locked back sheds that is reserved for storage.

The iconic surf breaks like "The Hook" attract surfers from around the world. This vibrant community boasts a unique blend of surf shops, cafes, and local boutiques. Stroll along East Cliff Drive, savor fresh seafood, or catch a mesmerizing sunset from the cliffs. With its bohemian spirit and proximity to the lively Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Pleasure Point offers a quintessential California beach experience.

This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

Other Things to Note:
This home is in a family-friendly neighborhood—perfect for a relaxing getaway! Because of this, it's best suited for low-key stays rather than gatherings or parties. We ask guests to keep noise levels down in respect of our wonderful neighbors, especially after quiet hours. For everyone’s enjoyment, hot tub use and outdoor activities are reserved for 8 a.m. – 9 p.m.
- We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
