Peaceful Seabright Townhome Retreat Near Boardwalk & Yacht Harbor

Inviting, clean townhome in the heart of Seabright. Located on a quiet street, between Yacht Harbor and the Beach Boardwalk, and a small walk to Seabright Beach; the largest beach Santa Cruz has to offer! Three levels provide a spacious amount of living area, very conducive for families. The Master and 2nd bedroom, along with full bath, are on the lower level. The main level includes a separate living room, dining room, gallery kitchen, bathroom, and laundry facilities. Numerous sunlit areas encourage gathering to share stories after a day at the beach. Granite countertops along with stools are in the gallery kitchen. Microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster and all necessary cookware are available for dining in home. The dining room table seats 6, and the living room with LCD TV, is a place to relax and enjoy. A half bath is also on the main level. There is a 3rd large loft bedroom on the upper level with entrance by circular staircase. Sliding wood and glass doors ensure privacy, but when open provides a lofted spacious feel.
There are two decks, one adjacent to the master bedroom and the second large deck outside the living room. A BBQ grill is available on the main deck for outdoor grilling and enjoyment.

Great Spot

This condo fit my family quite well. It was clean and comfortable. Lots of extra towels and sheets. I was worried about being on the other side of Murray. But it was basically a straight shot to Seabright Beach. It was about an 8 min walk to the boardwalk. Perfect location. We were really pleased. I would stay again.

Review for owners only

Our stay was mostly good. We were looking for a quiet neighborhood. It was but unfortunately the neighbors were using electric saws to cut up the massive amounts of old wood in their yard and workers were screwing some metal fittings on to our place just when we were trying to get a nap in before an important event. I am guessing this was not normal for the unit so it probably wouldn’t effect other visitors but it put a dent in our stay.

Wonderful Place & GREAT Location

We had a really nice stay at Scott's property. The house was very clean and looked just as the pictures described. The location is very close to the boardwalk and beaches so we enjoyed that also. Would recommend to family and friends staying in Santa Cruz.

Nice house in a Great location

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this townhome in Seabright! There was plenty of room for my husband and I plus our 2 adult children. The beds and furniture were comfortable, and we enjoyed the having coffee or tea out on the deck. The location is perfect! Easy walk to the beach, boardwalk, coffee shops and restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful vacation spot, perfect location!

We came up for our son’s graduation from UCSC, and were quite happy with this townhome, perfectly nestled in lovely Seabright. All our favorite restaurants and coffee houses within easy walking distance, not to mention the beach and boardwalk also nearby. The home was clean, comfortably sleeps 6 people, and our host was terrific. Felt a little like paradise.

Nice place overall. Location is great however there is a homeless person staying in the covered parking area, was not able to enjoy the patio as we did not care to watch the person sleeping. Walk to the boardwalk is close but same issue did not feel safe walking in the evening as vehicles parked at the end of the road for overnight camping. Would not stay here again.

Great place!

We loved this place. Had a girls weekend and loved that it had three bathrooms. Location is perfect! Easy walk to the boardwalk and short drive any place else. Totally recommend this place!

Best of the best!

There are other apps, and there are other hosts. Decent and acceptable are they with their longevity and their household name-ness. THIS is not that. This is a top tier experience. I had to go overboard with my reviews, but I just can’t help it in this instance. Suuuure, stay at the Madonna Inn. Suuuure, try that Air “b” and barely B that might seem nice. But those places won’t have class. They won’t be this easy. They won’t be perfectly located. They won’t take your mind off the stress of life. Not like this spot. Not like our new home away from home Beach House. Everything from the brilliant art curation to the way the wooden walls make you feel like you’re camping for the night nestled in a giant redwood, this place truly stands out among any other. The wood fireplace, the well stocked cupboards and linen cabinets. There is ever a small little stream and a lovely wide windowed loft with the most comfy wake-up-feel. With both stunning beach and lovely eatery (brunch, deli, gastropub and coffee shop) within a ~5 minute walk, this is *the* spot you should stay for your next trip, this new family of 4 will!!

Great location, plenty of room to spread out.

An easy walk to Twin Lakes Beach and the small and interesting museum located there. Easy to walk to Ocean view playground and the boardwalk. Some traffic noise but otherwise quiet neighborhood.Two bathrooms are on the lower level. Not clearly stated in the description. Very tight bathrooms, cannot be a big person. Hard to move around and close the doors. Master bathroom two sinks and countertops were more updated than the picture shows. Picture shows one countertop with the bar type sink and faucet. Nice to have clean white towels and sheets on the beds. Was not sent the door combination by VRBO and we messaged the owner on our drive up and heard back just under an hour later with information. Lots of room to spread out. No central heat. Small Dura flame brand plug-in wall heaters on main level and master bedroom were hard to control temperature. Radiator style plug-in heater in lower level bedroom seemed to work well. Heaters are definitely needed on the lower level as it does not get sun. Loft bedroom without any heaters. Broken outlet cover next to the bed with light plugged into. It appeared unsafe. Adequate pans pots and utensils but not enough plates bowls and no sandwich plates. Could use more silverware too so not running the dishwasher so often. Convenient to have the washer and dryer. Safe area for parking on the street and two spots behind the unit.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!

Great location as it is within walking distance of the Boardwalk and the beach!! Also within walking distance of good restaurants! House is comfortable and well equipped but there are many, many stairs!! Off the street parking is another plus!

Great location!

This home was perfect for our family of five. We walked to the boardwalk and the beach. It was great to have beach towels, boogie boards and an umbrella all in the house. It was unseasonable hot so owner brought by an extra fan! All in all a great stay!

Great place to stay near the beach in Santa Cruz

We stayed for 3 nights with our grown kids. Very comfortable home that worked well for us. Prettier than the photos. Well equipped, and everything worked out well. Great area with easy walks to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We'd love to stay again.

Perfect for Ironman Santa Cruz

This place was great. Walking distance to the boardwalk and to the venue for 70.3 Santa Cruz. Quiet and relaxing. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Rooms were spacious and property felt comfortable. We will stay here again next time we are in Santa Cruz
