  • El punto culminante de la casa de vacaciones es la opinión de que podrá disfrutar desde todas las habitaciones, y de la cubierta muy grande creado para su descanso, comedor, avistamiento de ballenas, escuchar canto de los pájaros, y maravillándose de la sunset..followed por las luces parpadeantes de Santa Cruz hasta la orilla. Fácil acceso a la playa estatal de Manresa. Surf, o ver a los surfistas, peine playa, volar una cometa, resaca reparto: acceso a la playa pública se extiende por más de 11 millas! El tiempo pasado en el interior se verá reforzada por la acogedora chimenea, cómodos sofás y comedor, en la pared de 42 "televisión inteligente para las películas y los deportes, y un montón de libros, juegos y rompecabezas. En serio lindo y cómodo para visitar, esta casa tiene un ambiente moderno de la vendimia que está diseñado para ser eficiente, interesante y acogedor. Fue construido en los años 70 y cuenta con algunos acabados originales y algo más nuevo. Las 2 habitaciones están equipadas con camas tamaño queen con colchones nuevos, ropa de cama y almohadas, una (una habitación tiene una cama doble adicional con cama nido) y los 1. 5 baños están limpios y bien equipados con muchas toallas e iluminación de mayor calidad. La cocina está equipada para cocinar 3 comidas al día con prácticamente todas las herramientas que usted espera, si te gusta ese tipo de cosas! Hay una lavadora y secadora en el lugar, y un garaje para las bicicletas o tablas de surf para que pueda descargar y limpia y bloquear 'em up.

Great house in a great location. We had a great stay at Lori's house. Beach is just a short walk away. House is well equipped for all your beach needs. Kitchen had all the essentials. Great deck to sit and relax on. We will definitely be back.

Lori and Kevin were excellent hosts. They were very responsive to communication. Holiday House was perfect for our needs. It was well-appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The highlight is the fabulous back de k with a view of the ocean. It was a great morning coffee spot. The home was spotless and beautifully decorated. We'll definitely come back again.

We used this as a home base as we explored Monterrey and Santa Cruz. Cozy kitchen well stocked. Short walk down to the beach (just be weary of the stairs down to the beach). La Selva beach is remote- which is part of its charm- but it is a good 10 minutes away from any store (outside expensive convenience store in La Selva beach).

Another great stay

We returned to this lovely house and had another wonderful vacation. The house is perfect for a family and the beach is fantastic. We feel so lucky to have found this place.

Lori’s place is beautiful. The location is great. Just walk down the street and you get to stairs down to the beach.The house is really cute and it is located in a quiet neighborhood.As a warm welcome a bouquet of flowers and some Bundt cakes with a note from Lori awaited us.The kitchen was well stocked - not always a given as we found out last year for the first time.The boys loved the ping pong table.We have stayed at lots of different places in the area but this was our favorite.

Holiday Heaven

The Holiday House was perfect for our family. The location was ideal, with nearby beach access. The house was very clean and came equipped with every amenity imagineable. We look forward to booking the Holiday House in the future.

Great location between Monterey and Santa Cruz activities. Nice beach nearby. Quiet location and house had everything needed for cooking, cleaning clothes, and owners were easily available via text message

Nice little place

We had a great spring break visit. Had family staying up the road at the KOA and it was great to have our own place but be close. 15 minutes away from most tourist locations. House was clean and had everything we would need. Would stay again!

Great time

We had a great time in La Selva Beach: the house, the terrace and the beach walks make us a wonderful stay. An unexpected nice surprice have been the fresh flowers and the fresh bread at our arrival. We really enjoyed the relaxing time.

Great location: Walking distance from the ocean and lots of other great walks and hikes

What a fantastic place. It had everything we needed! Quiet neighborhood, beautiful view and we loved hearing the sound of the ocean. La Selva and Manresa Beach were just stunning! We’d definitely stay here again!!

We are repeat customers. This is a great getaway just a block walk down the hill to an incredible, uncrowded beach. We even got to swim with humpback whales just 50 yards away from us!

Perfect get away, perfect location , so comfy. Love the new chairs on the deck. So easy to communicate with owner, very welcoming with lovely touches. Would highly recommend .

Great location with views!

Had such a great stay at the "Holiday House"! The place is in such a great location and so close to the beach! Spotless inside and had everything you could possibly need. Definitely will be our go to place when we go back to the area. Owner was so easy to communicate with too if you have any questions or concerns.

Hidden Gem

Great house in a quiet neighborhood! Very well stocked home and kitchen, lovely outdoor deck with partial oven view and lots of seating to relax and enjoy, great BBQ, and everything you would need for a day at the beach. We loved being so close to the Manresa state beach, Aptos, and Capitola but yet did not feel like we were in the high tourist area. Lori was a great host and the beautiful fresh flowers and welcome goodies were such a sweet touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Convenient location and easy communication

We were visiting the Santa Cruz/Monterey area on a family vacation. The home was well stocked and comfortable. The owners reached out via text when we arrived to ensure that we were settled and were also responsive and easy to communicate with during our stay regarding a few questions that came up.

Wonderful Stay

The Holiday House was exactly what we had hoped for. The home is very clean and well appointed. The beds were comfy and the deck was amazing. The deck has great ocean views and is a perfect morning coffee spot. Looking forward to renting again next year. Lori was great to work with.

Fabulous stay

This is a wonderful property that we were so happy to find this year! The beach was a short walk and pristine! We have been coming for years and never been happier with our beach location. We were even treated to humpback whales on our last morning, such a blessing! Owners were very kind and extremely prompt with any communication. We hope to visit this lovely home again!

Great Beach House

This cute beach house is on a nice street, a short walk to the beach. You can see the ocean from the back deck. The house was well equipped with all the kitchen items, the beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. Lori, the host, even had a pretty vase of flowers, candy and a nice note welcoming us. We enjoyed our long weekend very much.
