  • Villa independiente, de uso exclusivo, con piscina climatizada para vacaciones en el sur de Sicilia en S. Croce Camerina (Ragusa) a 400 metros del mar. La villa se encuentra en dos niveles independientes (conectados solo por una escalera de caracol externa). Planta baja: sala de estar con cocina, 3 dormitorios (1 dormitorio doble con baño en suite, 1 dormitorio doble, 1 dormitorio con 2 camas individuales), 1 baño, terraza grande para comer al aire libre, aire acondicionado. Planta superior con área de cocción, cama doble y baño, aire acondicionado. La propiedad cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar unas agradables vacaciones: aire acondicionado, lavadora, wi-fi, 1 TV satelital y una hermosa piscina rodeada por un jardín bien cuidado con plantas tropicales, césped y árboles típicos sicilianos (naranjas y limones). Piscina (45 m2) con ducha exterior, muebles en terraza cubierta, equipada con baño privado: inodoro, lavabo, ducha y vestidor. Cerca de la localidad costera de Caucana, en la parte sur de Sicilia, a unos 2,5 km de la famosa localidad costera de Marina di Ragusa. La antigua y espléndida ciudad de arte Ragusa (Sicilia), perla del ibleo barroco (patrimonio de la Unesco) Marina di Ragusa y Donnalucata. A 500 m de las pintorescas playas del comisionado "Montalbano". Posición estratégica para visitar los centros turísticos (Caltagirone, Catania, Siracusa, Modica, Noto, Palazzolo, Ragusa, Scicli) y disfrutar del mar y las hermosas playas de arena dorada. A 15 km del campo de golf de Donnafugata Resort & Spa. Clima templado todo el año. El puerto deportivo de Marina di Ragusa (2,5 km) es muy popular durante todo el año. This was a great house with lots of space for us. We were there May 15-24 so it was still a bit before beach season. Marcello was very communicative and helpful.

We had a lovely time at Marcello's home.. he was a kind and gracious host. There is plenty of room and space for the family to spread out and have fun. The pool was lovely though it was a little chilly for our taste we are used to warmer water we were still able to enjoy it on very sunny days. Marcello brought us pastries on Sunday morning what a treat! Highly recommend this home.

We really enjoyed our time at Marcello’s property! He’s a great host, and the house was a great place for our two families. The pool was a highlight for all. We recommend a stay!

We had a wonderful week staying at Marcelos beautiful villa. Perfect for families and groups. The villa has plenty of space inside and out. Lovely grounds and an extremely well equipped kitchen. Perfect for rest and relaxation.

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus! Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet viel Platz für alle. Es ist gut ausgestattet, sodass wirklich alles vorhanden ist, was man braucht. Besonders angenehm war, dass der Kühlschrank bereits mit Getränken gefüllt war – ein schöner Willkommensgruß! Der große Pool lädt zum Entspannen und Schwimmen ein und rundet das Angebot perfekt ab. Absolut empfehlenswert für einen entspannten Urlaub!

Der Pool und das Haus sind sehr schön und grosszügig. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Marcello hat uns sogar den Kühlschrank mit dem Nötigsten gefüllt, weil wir erst in der Nacht angekommen sind. Zum Meer kann man gut zu Fuss gehen und es hat dort einen schönen Srand. Das einzige, was etwas störend war, waren die bellenden Hunde nachts in der Nachbarschaft.

A True Sicilian Beach Villa. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE

Set 5 minutes from the sea, this is a comfortable villa with large pool that isn't overlooked. The area around is the villa is agricultural with sheep next door, and Italian holiday homes that are mainly used in July and August. It's a great base to explore the history, culture and cuisine of the Ragusa region. We were greeted by the owners son, who was a fantastic host who was in WhatsApp to answer any questions.

So einen freundlichen, aufmerksamen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber hatten wir noch nie! Abholservice vom Flughafen, tolle Kommunikation, leckere Croissants, regelmäßige Säuberung des Pools…ein großes Dankeschön an Marcello und seinen Sohn Andrea!!!!

Villa was wonderful in every way! Well stocked, separate apartment upstairs and easy living downstairs with everything you’d want. Pool area is great but most of all our host Marcello went out of his way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible! Bellisimo Marcello! The area had enough to keep us and six 20 somethings occupied for 2 weeks! Incredibly good value! If you want tourist sites though you will need a car as they are spread across he island. That’d be the same wherever you are on the island though - always something on the other side!

This is a magnificent holiday property:bedrooms - 4 double/twin bedrooms, one of which is in a separate apartment on the top floor.Kitchen - the kitchen is also the main living area and is equipped with all that one will need for a holiday. There is lot of helpful fridge space including another fridge/freezer in the apartment.Outside - brilliant pool , well maintained with shade for the big table and a useful pool house. Shaded parking for 3 cars. Large charcoal barbecue. The garden is beautiful and well maintained.General - lots of house essentials plus many basics / water / soft drinks / wine were left for us. Getting about - the Kafe in Caucana is 5 minutes walk away - selling coffees, beers, pastries, local savouries, pizza. The long, sandy beach is a further 3 minutes walk and the water is easily accessible and has at least 2 beach restaurants. Punta Secca is probably a 25 minute flat walk with great beaches and many more bars/restaurants. Santa Croce Camerina is a 5 minute drive and has 3 large supermarkets plus a regular Thursday/ Friday market. It was too hot to do too much exploring but DonnaFugata, Scicli and Marina Di Ragusa were enjoyed trips.Our host - Marcello’s communications prior to and during our holiday were friendly and helpful. He came to clean the pool every few days and brought us fabulous pastries each time. He did everything he could to help us enjoy our holiday.

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft im Süden Siziliens. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der große, gepflegte Garten mit Orangen- und Mandarinenbäumen sowie der beheizte Pool, der regelmäßig gereinigt wurde.Ein weiteres Highlight ist der der Gastgeber - er ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Obwohl wir spät in der Nacht angekommen sind, hat er uns vom Busbahnhof abgeholt und noch Pasta gekocht - uns einfach rundum herzlich empfangen. Darüber hinaus hat er uns bei der Mietwagensuche unterstützt und uns persönlich zum Verleih sowie zum Supermarkt gefahren. Er und sein Sohn waren jederzeit erreichbar und standen uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Der Sohn hat uns zudem hervorragende Restauranttipps gegeben.Die Umgebung ist angenehm ruhig, und ein schöner Sandstrand ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Nähe befinden sich außerdem mehrere sehenswerte Städte, die sich ideal für Tagesausflüge eignen.Wir waren mit zwei Familien dort und für uns war es perfekt. Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit am und im Pool und haben regelmäßig auf dem Steingrill gegrillt.Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!Vielen lieben Dank, Marcello und Andrea :-)

Wonderful villa

Family of four - stayed in July 2024. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely go back. Marcello was the perfect host - communication was quick and helpful. He met us at the property and showed us around - there was also a welcome pack including water, soft drinks, wine, beer and some food essentials. The villa has three good-sized bedrooms downstairs, two of which are en-suite, as well as a separate family bathroom and a large kitchen/diner/living room. Upstairs there is a self-contained apartment with it's own kitchen and bathroom. Outside there is covered parking for up to three cars, a large pool, and a separate "pool house" with toilet, shower and sink as well as a covered outside seating area. Loads of sunbeds etc. too. The villa was easy enough to find using the Google Maps link provded by Marcello. Would highly recommend a car - it is possible to walk to the nearest town, Punta Secca - but it takes around 25 minutes and the roads aren't very well lit so we found ourselves driving most of the time that we went out, but not a big problem. Weather was very warm, but between the air con and swimming pool we were fine - even though downstairs bedrooms don't have their own units the unit in the hall outside was nough to keep us cool. Overall, a lovely villa - would highly recommend.

To vennepar med en ung gutt leide. Fantastisk hus, eiendom og basseng. Må være perfekt for en eller to familier. Svært godt utstyrt. Verten gjør mer enn han må for at gjestene skal trives. God kommunikasjon. Ingen klager- anbefales på det varmeste.Vær klar over at eiendommen ligger et lite stykke unna noe "sentrum" og at tilgang til bil anbefales. Til gjengjeld er dette området av øya perfekt for dags-utflukter pr. bil.

Superbe location

Un très beau séjour. La location correspond parfaitement à l’annonce. La piscine est propre et grande. Le jardin est magnifique. Le logement est très propre et fonctionnel. Marcello est un hôte très agréable avec qui la communication a été très facile.

Trevlig bemötande

Rent och rumlig. Svalt trots ingen luftkonditioning. Värden var väldig hjälpful med att orientera oss i den lila samhällen. Kom med goda förslag till resturanger och sevärdheter.

Viaggio in Sicilia

Abbiamo passato 2 settimane fantastiche. 26/06-11/07/2020. 2 Famiglie in totale 8 persone. La casa è esattamente come viene proposta, anzi meglio. Ampia sia dentro che fuori. La terrazza di sotto è fatta per starci tutto il giorno , sempre all'ombra (tranne la mattina presto) e per fortuna quest'anno sempre ventilata. Ha parcheggi privati interni. Piscina privata con spogliatoio/doccia/wc separati e doccia esterna molto comodo quando si torna dalla spiaggia insabbiati. La piscina viene pulita dal proprietario ogni 3 giorni. Se ci sono degli inconvenienti interviene immediatamente. Le camere sono ampie. La posizione è un po' lontana dal piccolo centro (15min a piedi) ma molto vicina alle spiagge. Marcello il proprietario è molto disponibile e gentilissimo.
