Welcome to Sunsplash Retreat at Ocotillo Springs! This elegant home features views of the pool and spa at Ocotillo Springs Resort, making it the perfect place to watch the little ones as they splash in the southern Utah sun! Enjoy a break from every-day stresses as you explore all that southern Utah has to offer. If you need to bring work with you, one of the upstairs bedrooms features a desk to keep you up-to-date on the things happening at the office! With gorgeous desert views and endless opportunities, Sunsplash Retreat at Ocotillo Springs is sure to be a favorite for years to come!

This elegant 5-bedroom 5.5-bathroom home can fit as many as 18 people for the ultimate southern Utah getaway. Downstairs, the Master bedroom features a King bed and a TV, as well as an Apple TV! You have direct patio access as well as a beautiful ensuite bathroom with both a spacious bath tub as well as a walk-in shower! Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms, the first of which hosts a Queen bed, as well as an ensuite bathroom. Next you will find a King suite, with a TV, work desk, and direct balcony access, as well as an ensuite bathroom and Apple TV! The next bedroom hosts a twin-over-full-over-queen bunk bed, as well as an ensuite bathroom. The kids will love staying in the bunk room, complete with 2 triple-layer twin bunk beds, as well as a twin sleep-sofa, making it perfect for the ultimate sleepover! In the loft there is a game table with games, as well as a large couch and Apple TV connected to the TV! Step out on to the balcony to watch the sunset from the comfortable patio seating, the perfect way to end an evening of fun and laughter.

Family Fun

Great place in an amazing resort. Ocotillo Springs is wonderful. It is in such a great location and has superb amenities. We were just a short drive from Tuacahn and Snow Canyon. The pool and waterslide at the resort were a huge hit with my kids. The splash pad was not working when I first checked in but a quick message to the host had the issue resolved shortly. The host was clear in communications and super responsive. There was something for everyone here. We had a great time.

Had Some Issues

We absolutely love the townhouse! The property layout and location is great! The pool area can be hit or miss. There was an entire day and a half that the pool area was not working. The slide was not running, the filter was not running, hot tub was cold, pool was too cold to get into, debris and trash all over and the game room was locked. We were able to contact the managment company but nothing was ever done.

Perfect Place!

We love taking quick weekend trips to St. George and we always stay at Ocotillo Springs! This is the perfect place for the kids to play all weekend at the pool and clubhouse and the adults have plenty of space to relax in these beautiful townhomes.

Utah Adventure

Fires in California kept us from camping as 3 families from different states met. This place was a wonderful spot for kids and families to relax. We had day trips to Zion and other activities for kids. Property was comfortable and well supplied for our needs. Beautiful surroundings!

Great stay.

Great stay! My only complaint would be that there wasn’t cable or tv of some sort already set up. We logged into our accounts on their appletv’s and were able to watch movies and such. Sometimes the internet wasn’t the greatest so that got a bit annoying at times. A small detail in our overall stay. The house was great. The pool was great, overall we had a wonderful stay.

Great Place for a Family Reunion

We spent a long weekend with all of our children and grandchildren. The property is new and well-designed for a large group with things to do for all ages. St. George is hot in June so we spent much of our time in the pool. The younger kids loved the splash pad and the teenagers played pickle ball for hours. What a great place for a family reunion. We will definitely be back!

The entire process of this weekend getaway was perfect. From making the reservation to communication up until check to the actual day of check in and finding the home just as promised to check out and communication afterward. Everyone was friendly. We enjoyed the complimentary snacks left for us upon arrival. The amenities were fabulous. The home was clean. The beds were comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the splash pad. If we ever return, we would definitely try to return to this home. Thank you!

Gorgeous Home right on the pool

This home is stunning! Every bedroom has its own bath. It backs up into the pool, and has gorgeous views. We stayed with 8 adults, but could have slept more comfortably. Super clean, and beautiful finishes.

Amazing place!

We had the best time ever! The property was amazing! The house was stocked and had everything we could possibly need. The bedrooms are so nice and it was wonderful having so many bathrooms! The property manager was so kind and helpful. The Splash Pad is right out the back door which is so much fun! The pool is amazing. It's all amazing! I highly recommend this place!

Great Property

Property was top notch. Furniture, kitchen fully equipped and bedrooms were phenomenal. No complaints at all. The only two thing that would be a nice to have were a coffee maker and a grill. Again would highly recommend this place at it is better than advertised. Also there is brand new grocery store (Harmon's a half mile away and there is a park nearby for the kids to play football, basketball, etc.

Beautiful Escape in Santa Clara Utah

We gathered at this delightful condo in Santa Clara, Utah and totally relaxed and enjoyed our beautiful locations trails, hikes, historical landmarks, and the Ocatillo pool and hot tub. Our condo was so nicely laid out with lovely, comfortable furnishings that we enjoyed just relaxing and visiting there too. We hope to return again soon.

Great place but privacy issues

We would come back again if they put up some blinds curtains or something on the main floor master. Crazy to have floor to ceiling windows right next to the pool and main pathway and not have some type of window coverings for privacy.
