Newly renovated modern farmhouse-style home with incredible mountain views. Loads of amenities and indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces. located in a quiet and private Montecito neighborhood just minutes from the beach, downtown Santa Barbara and Montecito shops. This exclusive estate is situated on nearly an acre of terraced hillside oaks in the Montecito foothills down a private one-lane road. The home gives you over 3,000+ sf of living space that includes 6 beds (two master suites), 3 baths, plus an attached studio with a bathroom. Plenty of space for two families. A fenced yard, a bocce ball court, horseshoe pits, a playground, and many outdoor entertaining areas. Minutes away from Montecito’s Upper and Lower Village and their highly rated restaurants as well as Montecito's most secluded beaches. This comfortable home boasts air conditioning, upgraded wifi, Hulu/Netflix capable TVs in each living area, and a luxury coffee maker. Please note: Children are welcome but please be aware that outdoor spaces have many stairs, hills, etc. and children should be supervised at all times. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, access to full kitchen equipment and appliances and use of entertainment on site (bocce ball, horseshoes, play equipment, toys) Parking is available

Beautiful, clean and updated house for our family reunion of eight (ages 17-83.) The host was responsive and gave clear directions. Plenty of space to spread out in rooms. Quiet peaceful neighborhood with fantastic views and generous size deck. Updated kitchen that was well stocked. Laundry facilities were nice too. We all grilled and cooked many meals as a family. There were board games, tether ball, and excellent TV streaming options to all enjoy together. Able to do nice hikes in the hills. Santa Barbara downtown is about 15 minutes drive and great to shop and dine out. Would recommend for relaxing vacation trip for all ages.

Family Fun

We had a family reunion at the house and it was perfect. The house is beautiful, very clean and the views are spectacular. The kitchen was fully stocked, which helped as we cooked on many nights. The host was very helpful and made some great restaurant recommendations. Wonderful visit.

Wonderful friends weekend!

The house was beautiful and a wonderful place to spend a long weekend with friends. It rained quite a bit during our visit, but we definitely took advantage of the outdoor dining areas with views of the mountains as much as we could. Even when it was raining, there was plenty of space in the open living room for our group to get cozy, play games, and relax together. This house is the perfect place for groups! The only call out here is that the kids beds might be too small for larger adults to share. It took us 10-15 minutes to get to most places we wanted to go in SB, which was fine by us. Uber required a bit of a wait to be picked up, but not an issue as long as you plan for it. Overall highly recommend this spot for your family or friends trip to SB!

Friends Reunion

We all loved staying at the Montecito Family Retreat. The house is lovely, roomy, well-equipped and very comfortable. The location in the hills is beautiful, and the deck has very comfortable seating, affording great views of the scenery. We all want to return for another stay in this house.

Need to hire different cleaners

We travel a lot and have stayed in a lot places. Never have I left such a message as this. But we paid a lot of money and I would like to request a partial refund for the cleaning we had to do on the property. There was still food on plates when we arrived and we let the property contact know about this. But then the list was just too long and we were busy with our family plan for our daughter’s graduation and I didn’t have time to keep communicating problems. The cloth sofas all need a good vacuum and shake as they were dusty and musty. The shelves were really dusty. There were large spiders we had to remove from bathrooms and spider webs everywhere. Some of the beds were not fully made - missing sheets. There were no kitchen towels and no face towels and very few shower towels. Many of the dishes were dirty and the kitchen was so disorganized. There were no kitchen knives, just cutlery knives. For the money we paid, we would like to be compensated for the messy and dirty rental.

Gorgeous home and property

We had a lovely stay in this lovely home. The views are incredible, and there are numerous activities to do right on the property. My family totally enjoyed our weekend, and if given the opportunity we would definitely return another time.

Our family loved our stay at this expansive home in Montecito. The views are spectacular and the neighborhood is beautiful. The home is close to both downtown Montecito and downtown Santa Barbara. The host was very easy to work with. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent House and Location!

We went up for two nights with a group of friends to attend a concert at the Santa Barbara Bowl. Heather was very communicative beforehand and gave very clear instructions. The house and neighborhood were beautiful. The house was clean and the kitchen and amenities were excellent and comfortbale. Loved the outdoor space. Would highly recommend staying here while visiting Santa Barbara.

Amazing, clean home in wonderful neighborhood

We had an amazing stay in Heather’s home. It was plenty of space for 6 adults and we were impressed by the cleanliness and amenities. It was also very well located - quick drive to Montecito shops or Santa Barbara. Heather was super communicative and helpful as well. We hope to be back one day!

Lovely family home

We had a fabulous stay at this lovely home. We had everything we needed including a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful yard, trampoline for the kids, corn hole, all in an amazing location. The host was super responsive and welcoming. We would love to come back!
