  • Experimente el barrio por excelencia de Santa Bárbara. La casa fue construida en 1930 y ha sido ampliamente remodelada, incluidos los baños y la cocina. La sala de estar es cómoda y está bien equipada, además de un televisor Sony de 70 "en diagonal, sonido envolvente, cable básico, Apple TV, Netflix, HBO Now, Amazon Prime Video y un reproductor de BluRay / DVD.     Mi esposa y yo tenemos una cabaña pequeña y separada en la parte trasera de la propiedad, en la que nos quedamos mientras ustedes son nuestros huéspedes en la casa principal. Ocupamos la cochera que se adjunta a nuestra unidad, y el patio trasero también. Se proporciona acceso a la lavandería separada. Usamos la entrada para acceder a nuestra unidad y cochera. El estacionamiento en la calle está disponible.

This is a beautiful property that is owned by the hosts Rodney and Cindy. The cottage is lovely and filled with mementos of the hosts’ rich life. It is clean, comfortable, well kept and much loved. I can’t say enough about this home and the wonderful stay we had there.

We had a lovely and comfortable stay at this charming house. It was convenient to many favorite Santa Barbara sites. Wish we had stayed longer to enjoy the backyard and bbq!

Our stay was extremely smooth. The home is very clean and very accommodating. The linens on the beds were very soft. The home is decorated so incredibly cute. It was close to all of the places that we went so very well centrally located. I can’t say enough about the home and the neighborhood full of darling homes.

The cottage was more or less what we expected. The host was cordial and available. He lives in an ADU behind the unit. There us no parking in driveway but there is parking in front of the house . We were there with 5 family members who were all there for my oldest sons. W

This is the perfect house for a stay in Santa Barbara. Walking distance to everything you would need. The house is beautiful and very clean! The host is above and beyond, just a really easy and cool place to stay. 10/10!

Fully furnished beautiful cozy quaint home- they are sharing their home with you, including their collections and belongings. Owner gave tour of home upon arrival and is on property for any needs. Great for a family or multiple couples. Located a couple blocks from state street on a quiet street, and minutes from everything.

Had a great stay at this lovely home. We had plenty of space for our group pf 6 ladies. You can feel the warmth and thoughtfulness of the hosts with the decor and amenities. I especially loved the tree that envelopes their front yard, we were awe with it. Rodney was very responsive and so welcoming as we checked in. Would stay here if we’re in the area again. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable VRBO! The home was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed during our trip. The neighborhood was quiet, charming, and felt very safe and relaxing.The location was about 3 miles north of Downtown Santa Barbara, which worked perfectly for us since we brought our bikes and enjoyed riding into town and along the waterfront each day.The host was extremely kind, responsive, and readily available if we needed anything, as they lived in the ADU onsite. We really appreciated their hospitality while still feeling like we had plenty of privacy during our stay.We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Santa Barbara!

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful time in Santa Barbara and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The neighborhood is walking distance to anything you may want and is absolutely beautiful.
