Overall it was OK. Rooms are a 3* not a 4* hotel. Beds are not great and it’s cold at night because we could not shut 2 one window in the room (too high up) and one window in the bathroom for the same reason.
Breakfast was very good. We stayed 2 nights. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant one night; it was not up to our expectations at all. The pasta was uneatable.
The resort had an amazing little farm my kid enjoyed, unfortunately it the only amenity he could enjoy... The outside pool was not heated in this time of year (November) and there’s no horse - pony riding on the weekends. I wish they mentioned that on the website.
I suggest they mentioned that, specially if you have kids. They get bored with the ruins of Pompei and we picked the resort to compensate him. I’m glad at least the Service was a 5*
