This villa is very private, it is located in a quiet residential area.
There is parking for three cars in front of the house.

This is a lovely villa which has a Mediterranean/ethnic fusion theme throughout.

The garden has a lawn and mature trees and shrubs with two lemon trees The Villa has a large sunny pool (9m by 4m and 1.7m at its deepest)

As you enter the villa there is a spacious entrance hall, to right is the
master bedroom with en suite shower room. To the left is a corridor leading to three bedrooms, a large double room and two twin rooms. there is a large bathroom with bath and shower. All bedrooms benefit from air conditioning.

Continue down three steps from the entrance hall into the lounge, this is light and airy, with double height vaulted ceilings looking out to the garden, it benefits from a ceiling fan, a large comfortable sofa and chairs as well as inside dining for eight. Free Wifi is provided, as well as USB and bluetooth connection for music. There is freeview Sky TV (reception for Sky is limited in late summer) and a flat screen Smart TV with Netflix.

Leading from the lounge into the spacious kitchen which has all you need for cooking quiet or grand occasions.

Alfresco dining is provided under the shelter of a large covered veranda accessed through the patio windows of the lounge or kitchen door, here there is a large BBQ area. Please note we have removed the voile curtains that are in the photos.
A great view of the pool can be taken from the veranda, good for keeping an eye on the kids, if applicable.

There is ample sunbathing terraces and there are various seating areas under trees, to chill and relax.

Most importantly this villa is not overlooked by the neighbouring plots and is nicely secluded.

Please note we supply linen and towels AND in addition beach towels (to keep your luggage weight down) for free!

We provide free of charge travel cots, high chair and children's plastic crockery utensils and cups as well as toys for young and old in the villa.

There are shops, bars, cafes and restaurants located nearby which is about 5-10 minutes walk away. Binibeca's white sand beach is about 6/8 minutes walk away dependant on pace.

We recommend a car, but it is not essential, a good alternative is the touristic road train that runs from Binibeca Vell to Punta Prima. There are a larger selection of shops and supermarkets 15 minutes away in St. Lluis and the capital of Mahon, boasting the Europe's second deepest natural harbour (and great shopping!), which is only 20 minutes away.

We had a lovely relaxing time - the villa garden is beautiful and peaceful and the pool is amazing. We also thought the location was perfect - we loved the beach and beach bar, as well as swimming off the rocks at Cala Torret. Plus the great restaurants and lovely bakery - we kept saying how everything felt so easy.

Menorca GAVIOTA Villa

We cannot fault the communication with the owner, first class. This area of Menorca was beautiful, but a little steep on walk back from beach shop/restraunts in the heat for some off our friends, so would recommend a car. The garden and pool area we're perfect with lots of shade and beautiful to sit out day and night. We loved the character of the villa, but it is looking a little tired and worn. Overall a fantastic Stay for everyone.

Had a fabulous week, lovely villa with great outside space. Very private and secluded in a nice quiet area. About a ten minute walk to the supermarket and restaurants and fifteen minute walk to a lovely beach.

Secluded villa.

Well equipped villa, with lovely pool and gardens, and shaded seating areas. Plenty of room for our party of 7 and a baby. The pool was lovely although the loungers were off putting as looked dirty and mouldy. For taking a baby we didn’t use the cot as didn’t seem clean, but another was replaced, baby slept in bed with parents so I’d suggest take your own.The beds were comfortable but felt damp. The bath towels were tired and spots of bleach on them,the covered terrace was lovely But did leak when we had a big downpour over night, but mop to dry up was useless as was very old!We hired cars and would definitely recommend having one.

Schöne Umgebung

Die Villa ist gut für eine größere Familie oder Gruppe. Vier Schlafzimmer bieten viel Platz. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, mit in die Jahre gekommenen Geräten. Ein Kochfeld haben wir nicht zum funktionieren bekommen. Highlight, Gewürze und Zutaten für ein erstes Frühstück sind vorhanden. Es ist Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für Ferien ok. Schöner Garten mit viel Grün wie auf den Fotos, und wunderbarer Pool. Die Gegend und der Strand zu Fuß erreichbar, ein plus. Kontaktaufnahme mit den Eigentümern wegen ein paar Details sehr schnell und unkompliziert möglich.

A fantastic family holiday!

We had a brilliant holiday! The villa is extremely well equipped and the beds were really comfortable. The outdoor space was well maintained and we enjoyed lots of days by the pool and playing games on the terrace. Communications from Adam in the run up to and during our holiday were excellent and we booked hire cars on his recommendation which helped us avoid lengthy airport queues. The villa is only a 10 minute walk from the beach, local restaurants and a well stocked supermarket. We had a very minor issue with the washing machine during our stay which was resolved by Adam quickly and efficiently. The owners clearly take great pride in providing their guests with extremely high levels of service. Thank you!

Relaxing holidays in Villa Gaviota

We loved our stay in villa Gaviota. Confortable, calm, plenty of space, total relaxing place. We were 2 families of 4 with kids of 12 and 15 years old. The house is very confortable with a very well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the barbecue area and dinning in the terrase. Rooms have air conditioning which was nice to have. The kids absolutly loved the pool! I personally enjoyed the garden with plenty of plants, flowers and lemon tree! The beach and shops are only 10 min walk. Thank you to the owner for all explanations and recomendations! We can't wait to return!

Gorgeous villa perfect for families

We absolutely loved our stay in Villa Gaviota. Property was perfect for our family of 5 adults and 2 children. Lots of space and the air con was a huge help in the bedrooms to keep us all cool. Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped. We loved the pool and garden areas. The kids loved exploring the gardens and looking at the plants and flowers. We particularly loved the lemon tree at the front of the property. Thank you to the hosts for their excellent communication and help both before and during our stay. We hired a car from the company recommended from the the hosts which was a huge help to our stay. Some of our favourite nearby bars and restaurants were Paupa, El Faro and Sa Cova del Sol. We also frequented the bakery at Cala Torret a few times. We cannot wait to return !

Fantastic property, peaceful location

This is the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful holiday, with everything you need within easy reach. Good restaurants, a small, but well stocked, supermarket and a lovely beach are all within a 5 - 10 minute walk away. The villa is very clean and extremely well equipped (we counted 5 corkscrews!!) and located in a residential area which is wonderfully peaceful. The pool and gardens are lovely, and very well maintained. Adam and Sigrin are quick to respond to any questions and happy to provide recommendations (The Fishmarket in Mahon is a must to visit for lunch!). A loss of internet connection was sorted extremely quickly. This was our first visit to Menorca, but probably won't be our last, and we would certainly stay here again. Thanks Adam and Sigrin!

Great property /great location

Great location- very peaceful but only 10 mins walk from supermarket and great selection of restaurants. Property was spacious very clean and good aircon and showers. Worked well for family break with three adult children. Lovely garden with shaded areas bbq and good size pool. Agent was very responsive and helpful with our last minute booking. Top marks.

Everything we could ask for

This property provided the perfect home for our getaway. Ideally located close to local shops, restaurants, and beaches, and the beautiful Binibecca Vel is within walking distance. The attention to detail within the villa made us feel even more welcome, with ample kitchen supplies, games, pool toys and more. The hosts were also more than happy to answer any questions we had. Returning stay

We couldn't wait to go back to the villa! Home from home but with sunshine, pool & relaxation time! Everything you need, spotless rooms, comfy beds (air conditioning was superb & needed!) Walking to the beach & restaurants was icing on the cake. Adam in contact to make sure everything was ok. Hoping to visit again soon.

Villa Gaviota

Lovely spacious villa and good sized pool. Within walking distance of beach and local amenities. Adam and Sigrin always responded promptly to queries and were very helpful. You do need to book restaurants as a group in the evening. Bus to Mahon was quick and cheap and the land train takes you to Punto Primo, the splash park and Binibeca Vell. Would recommend the villa and Binibeca for a restful and relaxing holiday.

We had a great stay

Great property in a great location. The outside areas and pool were very nice, giving plenty of options for sitting out in the sun or shade throughout the day. The inside of the property was very well equipped and the AC in the bedrooms was very welcome for a good nights sleep. Communication and check-in was seamless. Our group of 6 (including two young children) had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
