Villa Vega is located on a hill less than 5 minute walk from the nice beach of Es Codolar, less than 10 minutes drive from one of the most beautiful beaches of the island, Cala Conta and close to all beaches of the West coast, such as Cala Tarida, Cala Molí or Cala Vadella, while Ibiza town is 20 km away.

The villa has 3 double bedrooms, one bathroom, for a total of 6 sleeps and from here you can enjoy amazing views over the sea and the island of Es Vedra.

It is on one level that consists of: a well equipped kitchen (oven and gas hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave...), a living room with fireplace, TV, stereo system, air conditioning (hot, cold).
Then we have 1 double bedroom with queen size bed, 1 double bedroom with two single beds and sea view, 1 double bedroom with queen size bed and sea view.
A complete bathroom.
All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

Outside we find a large terrace with outdoor dining and barbecue, overlooking the sea, a private swimming pool, private tennis court, parking for 3 cars, 2 covered parking spaces, fenced garden and laundry with washing machine, sink and shower.

This house is comfortable and ideal for a large family or a group of friends and it boasts gorgeous sea views from the living room, terrace and two of the three bedrooms.

Ibiza is renowned throughout the world for nightlife and parties and is the ideal place for those who love fun and wild nightlife, but the island is also a little gem to be discovered, a magical place to spend the holidays with family or friends surrounded by the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.
Beaches, clear waters, food, flea markets, festivals and an international atmosphere: everything will make you fall in love with Ibiza. Thanks to these characteristics, in fact, the island meets and satisfies the most varied needs and tastes.

Rental rules:
Included in the price:
electricity, water and gas expenses as well as the maintenance of garden and pool if there is one in the rented property.
1 Cleaning service at the departure and also during the stay for the rentals of minimum 2 weeks.
Sheets and bath towels included. Laundry change during the stay for the rentals of minimum 2 weeks.
Extras with charges: Extra cleaning, extra bed € 20 per day, cot € 10 per day, highchair € 5,00 per day, reservations fee € 30. Final cleaning: € 200
Minimum stay: 4 nights; 7 nights in July and August.
Check in: From 15:00 - Check out: Within 10:00 (Late arrival, after 8:00 pm € 100).
Security Deposit: € 3.000
Final cleaning: €200 to pay upon arrival
