A simple but adequately furnished villa, sea views and air conditioning. WIFI

The villa is approx. 2 km before Escubells. This reformed coutry house is a mixture of old and new, some of the original outside walls are nearly 1m thick in contrast to the newer walls at the front of the villa.
From the attractive parking area with weeping willow and the flowers a few steps lead to the pool terrace and villa. The entrance to the villa is through a large glass door into the open plan living/dining area and bar style kitchen with serving hatch. The bedrooms are accessed from the living area. One twin bedroom on the right has a full en suite shower room while the other 2 twin bedrooms are one step up from the living room. There is a full shower room with double wash hand basin between them. Outside, the terrace and pool offer shady and sunny areas and tucked around the corner of the villa is a built in BBQ with separate dining facilities. The rugged coastline of Cap des Falco and the island of Formentera ( weather permitting) can be seen from the terrace.

Simply stunning, what a beautiful place and what a fantastic host. Carmen greeted us on arrival at the villa and explained where everything was and how it worked. The communication from her leading up to our stay was excellent, I asked several questions which she answered very promptly. The villa is in a rural location, but this only adds to its beauty. All amenities are as described in the Vrbo listing, in fact I would say better. The pool is well maintained and a good size and depth. The views to the coast in the distance are breathtaking. If you're looking for a chilled stay in Ibiza this place is perfect. There's also a good bar/restaurant and supermarket a 5 minute drive or 10 minute walk away..

This villa is a beautiful, clean, comfortable and peaceful sanctuary. We have come back home having made lasting magical family memories in this gorgeous home. The villa has the most special position with stunning views all around of rolling Ibiza hills, the blue sea and salt plain. It is extremely well positioned - being 20 minute drive from the main areas of the island, definitely hire a car for your stay to go explore. Every room is finished to the highest standard and so clean - every room is a LOT bigger than the photos, especially the bedrooms all fantastic sizes. Carmen thinks of every single little thing you may need as a guest to make it feel like a home - she provides everything you need for the kitchen, bathroom etc and even fills your fridge with scrumptious yummy food so there’s no need to rush out - just jump straight into the warm pool! We would rebook in an instant and would love to return. THANK YOU CARMEN xxx

Charmante villa, calme et belle vue

Agréable villa de plain pied très bien conçue avec belle vue mer et montagne, super calme et d'une propreté impeccable. Rien n'y manque ! Notre hôte Carmen a eu la gentillesse de venir à notre rencontre car nous étions un peu perdus... et a eu la délicate attention, très appréciée, de prévoir de quoi nous restaurer le soir de notre arrivée Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !

Bellissima villetta

Siamo stati una settimana nella villetta. Le foto non rendono perché dal vivo è davvero molto più bella e grande. C’è una tranquillità attorno che è indescrivibile. Piscina privata a disposizione. La padrona di casa e’ molto gentile e disponibile. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Perfect Villa , Would definately stay here again!

We loved this villa. It was perfect for my husband and I and two teenagers. Quiet and off the beaten track yet never far from anywhere. Would need a car but only a 10 min drive to reach the lovely town of sant Josep . San Antonio or Ibiza Town only 20 mins away. Local shop and restaurant around the corner you could probably walk to. (We drove) Great size pool with wonderful views and beautiful sunset/sunrise. Host was lovely, she met us on check in and out and we had great communication on what’s app prior to arrival. Girls enjoyed their own rooms and shared bathroom and we had our own en-suite. Kitchen had everything you needed . Comfortable seating outside to relax on and a shady area too. We loved it. Would highly recommend and would love to come back again. Was perfect for us

Perfect Location

Perfect location to use as a base to explore the Island. Car necessary to make the most use of time. Views from property were stunning, lovely comfy bed & hot shower with good pressure. Host very friendly & informative.

Een geweldig verblijf

Het huis is fantastisch gelegen, weg van alle drukte en in de natuur. Het is mooi ingericht en voorzien van alle comfort. Er is veel privacy en van op het terras kan je de zee zien. De kinderen waren er dol op en hadden een leuke tijd. De gastvrouw Carmen is heel aangenaam en vlot en ze had de eerste dag allerlei drank en voeding voor ons voorzien. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!

The perfect retreat!

A superb, spacious & beautifully presented villa with pool. As a family of 6 (4 adults, 2 children) our family get away for 10 nights was a perfect retreat. The villa owner, Carmen, is so kind & very responsive to her guests needs. She is certainly a ‘hostess with the mostess’. She provided us with exceptional service and accommodation. On arrival Carmen greeted us & provided us with essentials to get us through until we visited a supermarket. The villa was spotlessly clean throughout and very spacious with two newly fitted shower rooms and a well equipped fitted kitchen. The outside space was a delight. With plenty of space to enjoy dining or reading a book, not to mention the fantastic sized pool for everyone to enjoy. We would recommend hiring a car as it’s not always easy getting a taxi in peak season and allows you the freedom to explore the beautiful island at ones own leisure. The Villa is ideally within 15 minutes travel by car from the airport & a nearby local supermarket can be reached via foot or short drive for essentials with a cafe/ bistro beside it & Tapas restaurant a little further along. As a final comment, our overall stay is a 5*+ for the Villa and Carmen. We’ll be sure to recommend and return.

Traumurlaub

Unser Sommerurlaub war wunderschön. Das war sehr schön eingerichtet und hatte alles was wir brauchten, von Föhn bis Kaffeemaschine war alles vor Ort, sogar eine Klimaanlage. Liegen und Auflagen, es war alles sehr schön. Die Gastgeberin war super nett uns freundlich. Für uns ein traumhafter Urlaub. Wir haben viel Zeit auf der Terrasse und im Pool verbracht. Und möchten gern wieder kommen. Danke, für den schönen Urlaub!

Off the beaten track - a lovely, tranquil spot in Ibiza

This property is great for a family or couples travelling together. It is near Es Cubells in the hills and has a stunning view from the main level. The host, Carmen is marvellous! Great communication before, during and at the end of our stay. Everything in the villa worked well, some welcome items and lovely sweets homemade by Carmen and her Mum were so appreciated. A car is recommended to get the most out of exploring the island and local area. A 15-20 minute drive from the airport. A close drive to shops, bars and restaurants but some within a short walk. Away from the rush, number of tourists and volume of Ibiza Town and San Antony de Portmany but a short drive to either. Lovely pool and outdoor amenities. We really enjoyed a local restaurant, Finca 55 - about a 20 minute walk down a pathway to avoid walking the main road. A great vibe there and wonderful service. A small grocery shop is less than 10 minutes walk. If you are into an all-inclusive vibe this isn't for you. If you want to chill, have some great times with friends and family, have options to cook your own meals and have some privacy from the party scene this is the place. Thank you, Carmen, we had a splendid time and would love to return.

Amazing villa

This is one of the nicest VRBO rentals we’ve experienced. The villa is clean, well equipped and situated in a lovely quiet hillside location, yet close to a beautiful seaside restaurant, hiking paths and groceries. Carmen was absolutely lovely and communication swift and easy.

Premier Séjour à Ibiza

Magnifique maison avec belle piscine, très bien placée, une très belle vue mer et montagne, très bien équipée et en plus avec de bons produits de bienvenue. L'hôte est très accueillante, sympathique et disponible. Je recommande à 100 %. Merci pour tout cela Carmen.
