Accessed through a private gate, a tree-lined driveway leads to the estate set within 28 acres of private pine forest, surrounded by olive trees, palms, and fragrant Mediterranean gardens.

The property combines two adjacent Ibizan-style homes; The smaller house preserves its authentic character, featuring a beautiful Sabina wood ceiling and whitewashed walls, creating a warm and traditional Ibizan atmosphere.
The main house was designed by renowned architect Rolf Blakstad and showcases elegant limestone floors, decorative fountains, and spacious interiors filled with natural light. The main living room centers around a fireplace and opens onto a terrace overlooking the sea.
A fully equipped kitchen is available for daily cooking and entertaining.

Small house: all bedrooms are at the ground floor each with a twin beds that can be converted into double, one has private bathroom with shower and the other two have a shared bathroom still with shower every room has safe, fan and desk

The villa is located in Sant Joan de Labritja, one of the most peaceful and natural areas of Ibiza, known for its unspoiled coastline and relaxed atmosphere.
From the property, guests enjoy direct access to the sea through the private pine forest, leading to the beautiful sandy cove of Cala Xuclà.
