The holiday home am Teich is located in Sankt Leonhard near Freistadt and offers guests a fantastic view of the gently rolling hills of the Mühlviertler Alm. The two-storey accommodation offers almost 170 m2 of luxurious living space for two and consists of a living room, a kitchen, a conservatory, a wine cellar, 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, each with separate WCs, and thus offers space for 2 people. Facilities also include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine and a conservatory with adjoining wine cellar including wine fridge. There is also a private sauna - garden sauna made from fragrant Swiss stone pine (heated with a wood-burning stove). House built in timber frame construction and insulated with wood fibre and sheep's wool.

The holiday home is situated in a secluded location on the edge of the village and also has a large orchard and 2 small fish ponds. There is also a private waterfall with adjoining barbecue area and open and covered terraces.

Public transport is within walking distance.
