Sanibel Siesta on the Beach, Unit 111. This nicely appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers a fabulous overview of our colorful tropical grounds with the Gulf of Mexico shimmering in the distance. With an updated fully-equipped kitchen, comfy furniture and the privacy of the fourth floor (no one above!), you will have all the makings for a memorable Sanibel vacation. The large living room/dining room areas opens to a spacious screened-lanai where you can relax and enjoy the peace of Sanibel. Units are non-smoking and are decorated and equipped for your enjoyment including central air, 3 flat-screen TVs, satellite TV and WiFi. The master bedroom has a king bed, twin beds in the guest room and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. On arrival your unit is supplied with a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided for your convenience....all you need is your toothbrush! Beach towels are available for purchase or rent in the on-site office. This lovely unit is just around the corner from our crystal clear heated pool and a short walk to the beach, and we are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and several restaurants, plus immediate access to the Sanibel Island fabulous bike trails! Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person, a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply. Max occupancy is 6 including children and infants. NO PETS.

Good Place, May need some updates

The property is very clean, the office staff is awesome, very helpful. I just cannot say enough about Brenda and the Staff....they were great! It's Easy to get to beach and the pool and bathroom at pool were great! The Condo was where the online map says it is, although obstructed partially by a building, the view was good. The Condo was very clean with everything we needed. I will say that all the Beach items where rusted, old and a few of them were not unusable. The Kitchen had a lot of items, cups, plates, etc., but very unorganized , hard to find items, and all kitchen cook wear needs updating. The Beds were good and comfortable, my primary concern when renting! The overall condo was nice, but Bedroom 2 very dark, 2 small lamps in room, inexpensive fix is to get a fan with a light. When we arrived, we had to open the doors for most of the day because the smell of pine sol was overwhelming, I think they over cleaned. The extra bath was very dark, I suggest new light bulbs in all bathrooms, because the bathroom is so small, it needs more light. The porch on the back of the condo is a great hangout, very nice and clean and comfortable furniture. There are 2 grills, easy to get to and easy to cook on. Overall good place to stay, easy to restaurants and shops, especially the local Dairy Queen!

Great location and nice size condo

Our first time staying here and already planning for next year. Location was great, condo was clean and good size for 4. Full kitchen was perfect, as we like to make breakfast and lunch there and go out in the evening. Maybe a little dated but clean and great location, absolutely no complaints.

So nice!!!

Great property! Super clean! Beautiful views! So nice and quiet. Delicious food close by. Bike rentals, swimming pool and more. We had a great time, will definitely visit again.

Nice location

The unit was very nice and was everything it said it was. However the beach chairs and umbrella were broken and we had to go go buy a chair and just left it there. The beach was a short walk and everything was really close. All and all we really enjoyed it thank you

Beautiful view of Gulf and palm trees

Condo was in immaculate condition, and we loved the big screened balcony with wide view. Very quiet complex and lovely landscaping. Super comfortable king bed!

Wonderful location!

Great stay at this condo! Very clean and well kept. Short walk through the condo grounds to the beach. My son ran to the beach each morning to get the best shells before they were picked over. Short drive to the golf courses and restaurants. Would stay again for sure.

Wonderful condo!

Everything was perfect - friendly staff, beautiful condo. Loved the coffee being there for the next morning. Short walk to the beautiful beach. Would definitely stay there again!
