  • Check out this superb rental opportunity within steps to the nearby beach access on West Gulf Drive! "Sunken Treasure" is a gorgeous ground level, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom pool home! Completely remodeled and decorated with soothing coastal decor, it has all the amenities and conveniences of home you could hope for! The main living area offers a spacious open floor plan with combined kitchen, living and dining rooms that open up to the large screened lanai and outdoor living area. The split bedroom floor plan is great for couples and families alike with beds to sleep up to 8 people comfortably. The home boasts an amazing outdoor sanctuary inclusive of a large private pool, relaxing hot tub/spa, BBQ grill and plenty of space to dine and lounge, all enclosed by a large screened lanai. This is truly an island paradise that is sure to please!!

    Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, & 2 Full beds (sleeps 8), Smart TV's with streaming, WIFI available, heated pool & spa, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill. Pets considered (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

    Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

    Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the City of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 8 people.

Best location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great place. Across the street from the beach, but in a quiet neighborhood. Sitting out by the pool at night, we heard nothing but the birds, and water trickling down from the spa. Very clean and well equipped. Easy to bike to Ding Darling, and all restaurants. SBL is accommodating and easy to work with.All in all, a wonderful experience.

Our only issue was that the pool area could have been a little cleaner. Spider webs were plentiful! We will be back next January!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great accessibility to the beach, just a short walk across the street. Also a short ride to the island bike paths. The home was well stocked and comfortable. The pool was warm and clean. We also enjoyed the whirlpool, it felt good on our aching muscles after bicycling all day. This is a short ride to Ding Darling too. We had a few minor issues and the SBL people were extremely responsive and helpful. Also patient and kind!We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Excellent home & area, close to beach, friendly & helpful staff

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is as advertised, clean, fresh, well maintained and nicely appointed. We had everything we needed, and plenty of space to enjoy our vacation. Our trip was interrupted by Milton leaving it's mark on the landscape (as with Helene) but the home was thankfully not touched. We enjoyed the Farmers Market, Doc Fords, Jerry's Grocery, Traders, Shell Museum, Sanibel Cafe and others. We really enjoyed the hours on the beach which was 350 steps from the home and still enjoying the three large boxes of shells we shipped home. Besides the 11 day Milton interruption, our only disappointment was the communication confusion over the heated pool and hot tub. We learned a little too late that the heater was broken so really am more disappointed in the pool company. Rob was great in coming out and determining the issue and showing me all the cool details. Despite that we very much enjoyed the pool and patio area and looking forward to staying again. Ann, Julie and Rob we appreciate you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental experience was great. As always SBL was professional, responsive and kept us up to date. It was the first time since Ian we had an opportunity to come down and find a property we knew we enjoy. The only small drawback was that the spa and pool we heated by the heatpump only and it could keep up in some of the cooler weather we experienced on occasion.
