Sundial T201 Beach Resort Vacation Condo

Lovely gulf view condo. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and completely renovated. Located off of Middle Gulf Drive, Sundial T201 is located on the second floor with an elevator in the building. Our vacation rental condominium offers views of the gulf from the screend in porch, a full kitchen, and washer/dryer in the unit. The spacious master bedroom features a king size bed with en-suite bathroom while the guest bedroom offers a queen and twin beds. The guest bathroom is near the bedroom and off the hallway. The third bedroom can act as a den which features a sleeper sofa and closes off for privacy. The living room and den furniture is new from Florida Leather Gallery. The includes beach towels. Free wifi available in the unit. The entire unit feels brand new as it was completely renovated down to the studs. All new flooring, paint, finishes, kitchen and more. You'll love the new look of Sundial T201 on your next Sanibel Island Vacation.

**Please note that the Island and complex are still recovering from Hurricane Ian. There may be noise, construction and limited amenity access. Amenities may be limited or not available, including the pool, beach path, resort restaurants, tennis, etc. Perfect for Island vendors, owners and guests wishing to support the area.**

Please note: This is a privately owned condo at the Sundial Resort. Our guests won't have to pay a resort fee, however, you won't get full resort amenity access. You will have access to the following:

Sanibel Spring break

The unit was lovely and very clean. Very well equipped with dishes, pots and pans. The condo pool was not open yet but for a small fee we were able to enjoy the resort pool. We all had a wonderful time.

Not what we signed up for or paid for

We paid a very high price for this condo only to learn days before our arrival that none of the pools were open. We had to pay 105/day for all of us to use the only working pool on the property. In addition, when we asked for a restock of basic amenities (toilet paper and trash bags), we were told to purchase our own. We were also told that we couldn’t turn the AC above a certain temperature. We booked via VRBO thinking we would be renting from a private owner, but it was in fact a management company (Dream Vacations). We love Sundial and will go back, but will not be renting through Dream Vacations ever again. A dream vacation it was not!

Absolutely perfect!!!

Beautiful, remodeled condo-great space to spread out. Close to beach. Stayed with our young family who loved the pool and picking shells on the beach. Simple check in/check out process !! Would highly recommend

Extremely clean and well-maintained- but still perfect for kids!

My family of five (with 3 kids under 7) had an amazing stay here! The property was impeccably clean and had all the things we needed (a blender, plastic dishes for kids to use, coffee maker, pool noodles, beach towels, beach umbrella, etc.). The whole complex was beautifully maintained and this unit was really nicely updated and felt bright and spacious. There was enough furniture to be very comfortable but not too much extra decor for kids to get into/potentially damage. The bedrooms were spacious and we loved the extra sink in the master bath area. My only tiny complaint would be that the master bed mattress was extremely firm and I would’ve loved a memory foam topper. But that’s a personal preference and overall such a small part of our experience here. I wouldn’t change another thing! The pool is just outside and the beautiful white sand beach is a very short walk from the condo down a boardwalk. The condo was also equipped with board games and puzzles for the family. The only thing we really needed to bring were the life jackets our kids wore. We were also happily surprised that the complex was generally quiet and there were lots of families with kids so nothing loud at night. Overall, I’d highly recommend Sundial and this particular unit to anyone coming to the island!!

This was our first time to Sanibel and it was absolutely amazing. The accommodations were perfect, clean, spacious and great location to the beach. We hope to return again the same time next year. One suggestion for the unit would be a frw bar stools at the counter, otherwise everything you could want or need.

Up to Date Condo

Excellent, up to date condo with lots of living space. As Sanibel condos go, the interior of this is as new as you are going to find. Plenty of space to spread out. Modern touches. This unit must have been gutted and redone recently. Nice changes made throughout. Bathroom areas. very functional. Would rent again!

Everything we expected and more!

We traveled with another couple and we all thought that everything was wonderful! Super easy hassle free c heck in/out. Spacious interior and large balcony with comfy furniture. The condo layout of rooms allowed for plenty of common area as well as privacy for guests with enough quality furniture to accommodate all. The entire condo was super clean with a well appointed kitchen. The grounds were very well kept with easy access to the pool and beach. Plenty of chairs, floaties, and beach toys which were stored in a ground level screened storage area with access from the balcony via a spiral staircase. This area also had outdoor furniture that made it another private seating area with a door to access the pool/beach. We really liked the fact that are two separate entrance ways. The front entrance gave easy access to the covered garage and the rear entrance gave easy access to the pool/beach. All in all the accommodations exceeded our initial expectations. We uninamimously agreed that this is a stress-free, worry-free, trouble-free , no-hassle place to regularly come back to for a relaxing vacation!

Perfect weekend getaway

Absolutely beautifull condo! We've stayed on the Sundial property numerous times and this was our favorite unit! Extremely clean, beautifully updated, and very well stocked with everything you need. Will definitely rent again!
