  • Condo encantador vista del golfo. Dos dormitorios, dos baños más den que puede cerrar para ser un tercer dormitorio. Ubicado a la salida de Middle Gulf Drive, Sundial T201 está ubicado en el segundo piso con un ascensor en el edificio. Nuestro condominio de alquiler de vacaciones ofrece vistas al golfo desde la terraza del porche, una cocina completa y una lavadora / secadora en la unidad. El amplio dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size con baño en suite, mientras que el dormitorio de invitados ofrece dos camas individuales. El baño de visitas está cerca del dormitorio y del pasillo. El estudio cuenta con un sofá cama y se cierra para mayor privacidad. Hay un sofá cama adicional en la sala de estar. La sala de estar y los muebles de estudio son nuevos en Florida Leather Gallery. La unidad está equipada con sillas de playa, sombrillas y toallas de playa, todas ubicadas en la cabaña privada, en el nivel inferior, accesible a través de la escalera de caracol desde la terraza. Wifi gratuito disponible en la unidad.

We greatly enjoyed the unit. It was roomy and clean, and we spent lots of time on the lanai. The view was lovely too.

This was a great place to bring our kids for their first time to the ocean! They had a blast and so did we! The condo was amazing! The only small complaint I’d have is that the bed wasn’t comfortable but other than that— it was absolutely amazing! We would definitely come back!

This condo was amazing. The only reason i gave 4 stars is the matress in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable.

The view was partial for the ocean. The pool was not open contrary to what we were told. That was a disappointment.

Sanibel Spring break

The unit was lovely and very clean. Very well equipped with dishes, pots and pans. The condo pool was not open yet but for a small fee we were able to enjoy the resort pool. We all had a wonderful time.

Sundial 201 is a beautiful, well-stocked and well-maintained condo, with lots of room. The reserved parking space is right beside the stairs and close to two elevators, and the condo was just a few steps away on the second floor. The downstairs patio was convenient for storing beach gear, and the beach cart rolled right out onto the pathway to a fantastic beach for shelling and relaxing. The property location is close to the Sanibel bridge, making it easy to get across to Fort Myers, and also close to the main road across Sanibel and over to Captiva.

The condo is great. The furniture and beds are comfortable and I easily found the linens for the pull-out couch. The check-in process was easy and owners were communicative. My only drawback is the pool being under construction, which was in fine print of the listing. They were actively working on it, so ideally this would not be a factor longterm. We did have to purchase 50/day per person passes to the main Sundial pool in order to use one, a cost we did not anticipate.

Except for the problem with the air conditioning which was solved before we went to bed, we were very happy with the apt and our stay.

Pros: the apartment is beautiful and spacious. Recently remodeled. The area was empty we almost had the beach to our self and it was very convenient to be near the resort. It was very convenient to have the beach equipment ready when we arrived. Cons: the apartment floor was extremely dirty. Our feet turned instantly black if we walked around barefoot. The rental company did respond promptly and sent a cleaning crew but it’s definitely not something you should want to worry about and we spent the rest of the trip wondering what else was dirty. The apartment only has one parking spot, that is not advertised. But there is plenty of space for cars to park and I feel like we could’ve brought a second car but the rental company made it seem like that was impossible. Overall, we might stay again if the upkeep of the apartment improves.

Not what we signed up for or paid for

We paid a very high price for this condo only to learn days before our arrival that none of the pools were open. We had to pay 105/day for all of us to use the only working pool on the property. In addition, when we asked for a restock of basic amenities (toilet paper and trash bags), we were told to purchase our own. We were also told that we couldn’t turn the AC above a certain temperature. We booked via VRBO thinking we would be renting from a private owner, but it was in fact a management company (Dream Vacations). We love Sundial and will go back, but will not be renting through Dream Vacations ever again. A dream vacation it was not!

Sundial T201 was amazing-from the unit itself to the easy, short walk to the beach. We have stayed T several condos on Sanibel over the last 12 years and this unit by far was definitely a favorite on our list and hope to be back!!

Amazing Unit at Sundial

This property was very accommodating as my family was able to get into the unit early. The unit was updated and clean. Keypad entry was simple to use. Sundial is always amazing!

We had such a relaxing and peaceful stay. The pool is great and the beautiful beach is steps away. The condo is spacious and immaculate.
