Our Shell Island Beach Club condo (unit 12D) is a completely updated located right on the edge of the sandy beach overlooking the Gulf, swimming pool and hot tub. Upon entering, you're greeted by an inviting living space with vaulted ceilings adorned with coastal-inspired decor and abundant natural light streaming in through large windows. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, creating an ideal space for entertaining family and friends. The well-appointed kitchen features modern appliances, sleek countertops, and ample cabinet space, making meal preparation a breeze. Whether you're cooking up a feast or enjoying a casual breakfast at the breakfast table, you'll appreciate the convenience and functionality of this space. The master suite is a serene retreat, complete with a comfortable king-sized bed, plush linens, and a private en-suite bathroom. This condo is in the highly sought after Shell Island Beach Club located on Sanibel`s East End. Shell Island Beach Club sits on 14 acres of unique and beautiful beach front property. You will be steps away from the beautiful beach and just a short walk from the iconic Sanibel Lighthouse. Shell Island Beach Club consists of 15 buildings with four condos in each building. The ground level provides one covered parking spot for each of the four condos. An elevator will take you to the 3rd floor and to the entrance door of your vacation oasis. As soon as you enter, you will see the views of the beautiful beach and ocean. You have arrived!!

Maintenance: The Shell Island Beach Club association has a full time office and maintenance staff during normal business hours including weekends. Should you have an issue, please contact the office for assistance.
*Construction Update- The Shell Island Beach Club reopened in mid-December, 2024. The association is still engaging in ongoing efforts to repair damage caused by Hurricane Ian in September 2022. Consequently, the pool, hot tub and elevators will not be available for use until late fall of 2025. There may be some construction noise during your stay. Please contact us should you have any questions related to this effort prior to booking to get an update of the status of the amenities still under repair. Sept. 2025 update: During September, the foundation for the new pool house was being poured. The schedule is looking good for the pool to be available later this fall.
Guest Access: Guests enjoy access to all of the Shell Island Beach Club amenities, including the large pool, hot tub, tennis courts, pickle ball, shuffleboard, gas grills and the beautiful boardwalk beach access. Guests will also enjoy access to covered parking and complimentary Wi-Fi and cable TV.
Damage: You will be responsible for all damage to the property during your stay.
Getting Around: Shell Island Beach Club is located 45 min from RSW Fort Myers. Rental cars, Ubers or taxis are the best means to get here. Upon arrival to Sanibel, we recommend bikes to get around.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
Cancelation Policy: There is a 100% refund on cancelations made 30 days prior to the start of the reservation. Between 15 days and 30 days, there is a 50% return of fees paid. At 15 days, there is no refund.
7-night minimum rental is required. Saturday Check-In and Saturday Check-Out Only. This unit is non-smoking. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.
