  • Welcome to Breakers West, Professionally managed by Island Vacations of Sanibel and Captiva. An exclusive beachfront sanctuary nestled along the serene shores of Sanibel Island. With only 18 units, this charming development offers an intimate and uncrowded escape. Surrounded by lush palm trees and vibrant hibiscus, Breakers West is ideally located just 100 yards from the pristine white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Perfect for those seeking relaxation, the property features beautifully manicured grounds, a heated swimming pool, and convenient access to Sanibel's scenic bike paths.

    This third-floor condo offers over 1,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space. With only four units on this floor, you'll enjoy a peaceful retreat with no noise from above. The condo includes two spacious bedrooms and two full baths. The master suite features a king-size bed, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, making it perfect for couples or families traveling together.

    The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, complete with modern appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker. On a whim, my family decided to take a visit to the Gulf. This property was the perfect place. It was our first visit to Sanibel, and the location was excellent, perfectly situated between Captiva and shopping/restaurants in Sanibel.

Everything about this condo was top notch. The space was very clean and provided everything that we needed for a relaxing week. It is conveniently located right off the beach and only a short drive from the restaurants or activities. Would definitely stay here again and recommend!

The private beach access a huge plus.

The condo is very spacious and complete with great amenities. To go to the pool there's no path. You have to go through the grass from one side or through the plants on the other side. There should be a paver path from the back parking lot to the pool.

We couldn’t be happier! The Breakers West is an up-to-date condo that is clean, with immaculate grounds, and beach access within sight. Everything was exactly as described. I emailed a few questions before our arrival date and VRBO responded quickly. We will be using VRBO again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Breakers West. Condo was spotless and anything you needed was provided. Cleanest pool we've ever seen. The customer service provided by Gulf Coast was super. We hope to do business with them in the future.

Breakers West Review

This was our second stay at Breakers West C3. The condo is phenomenal, and has become our “Home away from home!” The condo is very spacious, tremendously clean, loaded with amenities, and provides everything anyone would need for a very comfortable, very relaxing, and very enjoyable visit. The walk to the beach is only takes a couple of minutes. My wife and I look forward to our next stay at the Breakers West, and I would “highly” recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic stay.

Breakers West C3

Enjoyed our stay at Breakers West C3 on Sanibel Island. The condo had everything that one could ask for. It was very clean and organized. Quiet,nice pool, rooftop sunning area, and just a very short walk to the beach. We payed extra for early check-in. Worth it. Will we return? In a heartbeat!

Second time staying here

As usual unit was ready and clean upon arrival,very well stocked kitchen for customer use, but did have pretty large stains in master bedroom carpet which is looking old and needs replacing,ceiling fan does not circulate air very well,towels in master bathroom were beach stained. We had friends visit and spend the night in guest room,there is no tv or ceiling fan in the guest room,little uncomfortable for guests. A/C unit does very good on cooling main living room, but not bedrooms. Little things could make unit much better. Love the location.

Breakers West Condo

This condo did not look out onto the water, but was located within minutes of the beach via a crushed shell path. It was simple and comfortable and an easy bike ride to the Wildlife Refuge. The beach had mounds of shells and lovely wintering birds skittering along the shore. I would come back!
