  • OUR BEAUTIFULLY REMODELED CONDO IS LOCATED AT SUNDIAL RESORT ON THE SECOND FLOOR OF THE "I" BUILDING.
    OUR PRICE IS BASED ON OCCUPANCY BY TWO ADULTS. EACH ADDITIONAL ADULT OVER 16 WILL BE CHARGED AN EXTRA OF 25$/NIGHT PLUS TAX. KIDS UNDER 16 ARE FREE.
    OUR CONDO EARNED MORE THEN 270 FIVE STAR REVIEWS. OUR GUESTS EMPHASIZE THE EXCEPTIONAL CLEANLINESS, PERFECT AMENITIES AND THE LOCATION. It is located on the beach on the south rim of Sanibel Island facing the Gulf of Mexico; the beachfront and the pool are just 60 yards from our condo.
    With 780 sqft (73 m2) living area and 150 sqft (14 m2) screened lanai, our just remodeled condo offers the biggest one bedroom unit floor plan available at Sundial, located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. It offers a beautiful view of the gulf. With ceramic tile flooring throughout the unit (carpet in the bedroom), granit countertops, crown molding, comfortable furnishing, and tasteful artwork, you will experience the touch of luxury you deserve on your holiday.
    Our bedroom features two queen size beds for your added comfort; 3 seats sleeper sofa and a recliner chair in the living room. There is ample storage space throughout.

Property was clean and the view was spectacular. Thought it as a one bedroom, but no wall between bedroom and living room making it difficult to watch tv if someone resting. Property and amenities were great and look forward to returning

The property was well appointed and very clean. Everything needed for a beach vacation was provided. We enjoyed the short stroll to the beach. The smaller community pool was also clean and uncrowded. It should be noted, however, that the gulf view is partial and the washer and dryer are not in the unit.

The host is amazing and offers all the amenities you might need for a stay on Sanibel Island. The condo is clean and spacious. The two queen beds are nice for a family of four.

Our room was better than we anticipated. Our host was very helpful and accommodating. There wasn’t anything left to chance and we had an absolute blast. We are not pool people typically, so we didn’t get to experience that aspect of the stay. Would we do it again!! Yes, and we plan on doing so soon!! Thanks for a great experience. Gene

We have stayed at this property several times over the years, and it is always an excellent experience. The hosts are extremely attentive, very kind, and always make sure everything is perfect from the moment you arrive.The house is spotless, extremely well maintained, and has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. You can really tell how much care and thought goes into keeping it in such great condition.It’s not easy to find a place that makes you want to return again and again, but this one truly does. We always look forward to coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful stay.

Magnificent Sanibel vacation.

We had the most fabulous vacation. The condo was spotless, comfortable & just exceeded our expectations. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. My favorite thing to do was to sit out in the screened in lanai whenever I got the chance. The views are amazing. Sanibel is definitely one of a kind..gem of a place. Zdenek was so kind to show us around the condo, give us tips & recommendations. We cannot thank you enough. A vacation we will never forget.

Amazing time at sanibel island!

We had an amazing time at sanibel island . Our 11 year old daughter enjoyed finding all the see shells in the ocean . Our condo was very nice and beautifully decorated and we had a lot of fun staying there . Our host welcomed us in upon arrival and even let us in earlier than the check in time . Zdenka was very nice and informative about the island and places to visit which helped us to explore better around the island . The condo had everything we needed plus more. Including extra towels , beach towels , beach chairs and toys ! I absolutely have no complaints the views were beautiful outside of our balcony . We got to visit some gift shops and local restaurants and we loved the Italian icecream place Pinnocio! Thank you Zdenka and Zdenek for your wonderful hospitality!!

Beautiful Condo on Sanibel Island

This condo was immaculate and in the perfect location in the Sundial Resort complex. Steps from the beach, pool, Sundial clubhouse and Tiki Bar, this was the perfect location for our vacation. The elevator was located right outside the unit for easy access to the parking area for loading and unloading. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for a week at the beach. Information was provided for dining and sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip to Sanibel.

Wonderful place to stay with Great Location!

My husband and stayed here for our anniversary trip. It was very close to the beach, the view from the condo unit was spectacular for morning coffee and the resort is in a great location to restaurants, bike trails ect. We had a wonderful time! The owners meet you to check in and provide lots of information on Sanible!

This was an exceptionally clean rental with lovely views of the gulf. Thank you for allowing us to spend time in your condo and all of the helpful tips on where to eat and what to do! Lovely visit!

Perfect for a couple for a week

Zdenka is a wonderful owner/landlord with great communications. She met us on arrival and gave us the lay of the land. The condo had everything you need for the beach, cooking, cleaning, and relaxing. Loved the central location on Sanibel. We stayed for almost a week and loved it. Would definitely rent here again
