Hermosa unidad en el tercer piso con elegante tema tropical. ¡Una escapada de vacaciones perfecta! Unidad con vista a la piscina, a solo 80 pasos de la playa. Muebles de sala renovados, cocina completa con nuevos mostradores, gabinetes y techo de bandeja; cama king en literas y literas con camas king y queen en la habitación, 3 televisores nuevos de pantalla plana, 3 DVD, dos equipos de música y pack-n-play. Acabo de agregar nuevas alfombras y azulejos en todo el edificio, además de nuevos ventiladores de techo. Además, dos nuevos baños renovados. Garaje privado. ¡R&R playero y cómodo! ¡Echale un vistazo! Las unidades son para no fumadores y están decoradas y equipadas para su disfrute, incluyendo aire acondicionado centralizado, TV satelital, Wi-Fi y una cocina totalmente equipada. A su llegada, su unidad se entrega con un paquete inicial de jabones, productos de papel y café.
Cada condominio cuenta con sillas de playa y sombrillas. Las sábanas y toallas se pueden cambiar en la oficina el martes si se hospeda 7 o más noches. Las toallas de playa están disponibles para su compra o alquiler en nuestra oficina.

The property was clean and so was our room and balcony. Nice staff in office. The only problem was the elevator was not working when we departed. We had to get 2 big suitcases down to the garage from the third floor.

Great location, on the beach with close access to stores,restaurant’s and shops . Clean and comfortable. A few minor maintenance issues would be an improvement. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

Sanibel stay

The property was in a good location. The inside was somewhat worn. The one shower didn’t work and it was not well stocked like other places I have stayed in. Only 2 kuerig pods no spices ( the lack of spices was indicated on the listing). The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Overall it was adequate but nothing to be impressed by.

Our vacation to Sanibel and this gem of a home were incredible. We loved everything about our stay so much that we rebooked the same place as soon as we got home. The screened in patio got so much use by our family every morning and evening. Wonderful. A short 3-minute walk to the beach can’t be beat. I was surprised that there weren’t any spices, not even salt and pepper. It would be nice to have a few basics stocked.

Sanibel Siesta

Overall it was great. Clean, great location and secure. Easy walk to the beach and not crowded at all. Office staff was nice and check in was very easy. While I do give it 5 stars, here are the minor issues: there are not 2 stereos like the description says and I would use stereo very loosely on the 1 that was there (very small unit that only plays CDs and no Bluetooth). Pool closes a early imo. We were asked to leave it at 8:00 pm one night. I’d bring my own beach furniture next time too (non-reclining chairs and umbrellas were worn to the point of being taped together).

Great place to stay!

The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Honestly the only fault we found was the garage door and location of our room compared to the elevator. We are young and able to use the stairs, but considering coming with my parents, the elevator would have to be used and this particular unit is far from the elevator. Also, no garage door opener. Someone has to get in and out to open/close the garage door. These are minimal overall nuances. The property, staff, location etc was amazing.

Sanibel Siesta

We could not ask for a better experience at Sanibel Siesta! Our room was very clean and was spacious for 4 adults and 1 child. We were steps away from the beach, which we loved, and the pool was well maintained. The room also provided beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys which were great amenities. If we ever travel back to Sanibel, we would definitely stay at Sanibel Siesta!

Perfect

This was a family vacation....our first with adult children and a granddaughter. This condo was perfect for us! Enough space to spread out, and still be together. Condo was very clean, comfortable, and homey. The property was well maintained and easy to navigate. Our unit had a garage that had beach chairs and umbrellas. Our balcony overlooked the pool and was screened in! We made use of the grill on the property and the kitchen in the condo rather than eating out. The main bedroom was very comfortable and the 2nd bedroom was a bunk bed with a king on the bottom and a full on the top. There was also a fabulous sleeper sofa in the living room. The staff was fabulous and helpful,,,,,, from the ladies in the office and the staff that was on the property. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
