bring a mattress. The bed was hard as a rock and the furniture was like back in the 70's . Could not get comfortable.

A new experience with Sanibel

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Sanibel Mooring. The property was clean and and location was close to everything we love about Sanibel. This was our first time staying on this property and we were pleasantly surprised. Each time we had an issue (with the TV) the maintenance people were quick to respond and set the TV up so that we could easily use it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here 30 years ago and the Moorings did not disappoint this time. Close to beach. We had a cockroach in the kitchen, but my husband killed it and we did not see any more. The one big negative we had was no bike racks to lock our bikes. I was told there were racks when I made the reservation. When we got here there was 1 rack. When we were out using our bikes, we came back and the rack was gone. Were told new racks were coming. Did not happen while we were there. Had to keep bikes locked on the rack on our vehicle.

Nice inside except for hurricane AC

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice except for extremely loud & forceful AC. It was disruptive enough at night to interfere with sleep so we asked it to be checked. Right over bedroom & bathroom. Overcharged for only 1 pool & laundry room.

The condo was nicely furnished and the pictures were even accurate. The free beach umbrellas and chairs were a nice bonus.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is comfortable and had everything we needed. The owner plans a kitchen remodel to make it even nicer. We can’t wait to check it out once it is done. The property is well maintained with nice amenities like beach chairs, umbrellas and kayaks. We didn’t have a beach view room but that didn’t matter since it was just a short walk to the beach which is great for shelling.

Lovely, quiet getaway

This is a beautiful, clean and well laid out condo, near the beach and very quiet. We had a great weekend trip!
