Sundial D310 Charming beachfront getaway!

  • D 310 is a third floor condo located in Sundial Resort on beautiful Sanibel Island. The unit is steps to the beach. The condo comes with a comfy queen sized bed as well as a twin sleeper. You will have high speed internet access with Xfinity programming. Some of the items provided for your stay include: beach towels, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, dish and bath soaps, beach chairs, beach umbrella, laundry soap, kitchen towels, coffee, sweetener, olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, cooler, etc. The cabinets are complete with cooking supplies other than food! The bathroom is a tub/shower combination and the unit has a stackable washer/dryer combo. There are 5 restaurants on the property and we can vouch for all 5 of them. Basically all you will need are your clothes and personal cosmetics!

My wife and daughter stayed for an extended weekend and were well taken care of. The complex had more than enough food options and the hosts had thought of everything they might need for a beach stay. The girls are already planning their next visit to Sanibel

Beautifully decorated and well equipped one bedroom condo at Sundial. Just a few steps from the beach, and appreciated the flexibility on dates when scheduling! Highly recommend!

The week was enjoyable, the condo very comfortable, and our hosts very helpful. Fishing was good, the pool refreshing, and we enjoyed several restaurants in the area.

Condo is beautifully decorated, well organized, new everything, clean, and very comfortable. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. The salt water pool and beach made for a relaxing trip. Sanibel is a fantastic place to vacation.

We loved the condo and feel blessed to be able to rent it. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO’s in the area and this was the best ever. Had everything we needed and the owners care. Everything was first class. Thanks for trusting us with your place. It was perfect !!!!! Dave and Deb.

Absolutely perfect spot! Host was wonderful with online information. Condo was beautifully decorated and accomodating. (A full length mirror would be a nice addition). Super comfortable bed, quiet and relaxing. Would love to go back.

This condo has EVERYTHING you need for an amazing vacation. The owners thought of the big and small - from beach towels to beach chairs to toilet paper and paper towels - up to including coffee and coffee filters. The condo is beautifully decorated and VERY clean. The property is meticulously manicured and just steps from the beach. It was a perfect place for our girls weekend getaway.

We can't say enough good things about our experience. Rob and Jennifer were incredible. The unit was everything we hoped for. The area was perfect. Walking, biking, pickleball, dining - it had it all. We will definitely return.

Great stay! The unit was very clean and beautifully furnished and decorated. The unit was very comfortable. The host was very nice and ready to assist. Clearly a lot of thoughtfulness was put into making sure all that we needed was there. The pool and its facilities and furniture were in tip-top shape! Really liked the provision of beach chairs and an umbrella designated for our sole use. Location is excellent close to the beach. Parking was easy!

Fantastic condo. Well stocked with everything needed and beyond. Extras like beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels very much appreciated. Inviting and nicely decorated. Was a great getaway location for us. Sanibel Island does not disappoint for the shell hunter and walks on the beach.

Fantastic condo for our small family of three! My husband and I stayed for a week with our one-year-old, and the hosts were incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. They even dropped off toddler dishes and bath toys, which was such a kind and appreciated touch.The property was exceptionally well equipped for a beach stay, with chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, shell-collecting gear, and a beach wagon; there was truly no need to bring or buy anything extra when traveling with a little one.Having the beach right on site was wonderful, and we enjoyed the heated pool every day with our son. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to couples and small families.
