The house is situated in an urban neighborhood only a mile from the heart of downtown Sandusky. Most of the neighbors are full-time residents. The house sits on a street that sees a lot of pedestrian and automotive traffic. It is a main road into Sandusky and gives guests easy access to Cedar Point, Sport Force, and Lake Erie Islands.

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen for family meals while the open concept living and dining areas make it easy to gather and unwind. 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor with 2 full size bathrooms along with the washer and dryer. The master bedroom is located on the second floor of the home. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a full size bathroom attached to it. There is an additional full size bathroom in the hallway on the second floor. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a futon couch and is located on the second floor of the home. The third bedroom has a full size bed and is located on the second floor of the home. The first floor of the home has a full size bathroom and a bedroom with 2 twin beds.

Central air runs on the first floor of the home. The 3 bedrooms on the second floor have a window air conditioner in each room.

** Parties, Events, Noise and Disturbances- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of other guests. No partying, excessive noise, offensive activity will be tolerated at any time during your stay. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OUR PROPERTY IF THIS IS THE TYPE OF VACATION/GETAWAY YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. VIOLATORS WILL WILL BE SUBJECT TO REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.

** Our city permit does limit the number of guests that are permitted in our home. The total number of guests permitted inside the condo at one time is 11 guests.

**This home is not wheelchair accessible.

**There is no traditional cable on the TV's in the home. The TV's are equipped for guests to use their own streaming device.

**No firearms permitted inside the house.

** Local guests must contact host before booking.

** Pets are not permitted and there are no exceptions.

** A drip coffee machine is available with regular and decaf coffee.
