Couldn't have asked for more

This property is exactly as it appears in the pictures. The hosts are thoughtful (left us a bounty of wedding anniversary goodies) and very responsive. The location is handy to Sandpoint restaurants and the downtown area and makes getting to the lake, the mountains and the surrounding areas easy. Our experience was memorable for all the right reasons. Thank you to our hosts, Melissa and Brian.

Great spot

Lovely, almost new 1Br unit, less than 1 block to lake. Well kept, clean, & very comfortable. Hosts, Brian & Melissa, very nice & attentive to occupant needs. About a 3 block walk to town. Highly recommend this place.

Clean apartment in the perfect location

Check in WA very easy. The location was fantastic for walks around town and we enjoyed checking out the lake from the dock down the road. Our kiddo had a lot of fun too. The property was spotless and we found it easily using the directions provided. We loved Sandpoint and would stay there again!

We would highly recommend this property! This updated , clean, modern apartment is in walking distance of restaurants and shops and is particularly close to the beach(just one block down) Our family had a wonderful Time and would definitely stay here again!

Carriage House Comfort

This place was extremely comfortable for two people. The bedding and towels were high end. We loved the king size bed. The place was well insulated and we did not hear noise when the windows were closed. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans, and dishes we needed. The place was very clean. We could easily walk to the shops and restaurants. We loved our time in Sandpoint!

Practical & clean

This property is clean and practical. The kitchen has almost all everything needed, sans a cheese grater, and the coffee was tasty and easy to make. If you like firm beds, you'll love the king bed. It was a little too firm for me though. The price was a little high for this accommodation, especially given the fees, but our family of 3 was able to cook our meals and spread out comfortably which was more convenient than staying at a hotel. Parking was close and easy. Location also great! And managers/owners were very helpful and easy to contact. I'd probably book it again the next time we have a soccer tournament in town, especially if there is a return guest discount offered.

Fabulous Sandpoint lodging!

We loved our stay at the carriage house. Everything brand new, very cute, cozy and clean. Great location, within walking distance to town. We would definitely stay again!
