  • Esta es la casa recientemente remodelada en el centro.

    ¡Ubicación, ubicación, ubicación! A poca distancia de los restaurantes del centro, de las tiendas de la playa pública, y se encuentra justo enfrente del muelle de Third Street. Si viene a Sandpoint para disfrutar de Schweitzer Mountain Resort, esta casa le permite "disfrutar de lo mejor de ambos mundos". Las tiendas y restaurantes en el centro de Sandpoint están abiertos más tiempo y ofrecen más variedad que las tiendas limitadas ubicadas en el pueblo de Schweitzer Mountain. Y esta casa está a solo 11 millas de los remontes de Schweitzer y hay una línea de autobús que se detiene a un par de cuadras de la casa y sube a Schweitzer si no desea conducir usted mismo.

    Esta casa tiene todo lo nuevo: pisos de vinilo de ingeniería de madera, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable (refrigerador, estufa, microondas y lavaplatos), 2 televisores, persianas nuevas, todos los gabinetes y encimeras nuevos en la cocina y el baño, y un muy buen sistema de HVAC. Además, todos los muebles nuevos y las lujosas sábanas crean la sensación de algo parecido a un Courtyard Marriott o Ritz Carlton justo en el corazón del centro de Sandpoint. Las viviendas están ubicadas sobre un garaje para 4 autos, y hay un amplio estacionamiento justo afuera de su puerta.

    El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y hay un sofá cama plegable en la sala de estar. Esta es una gran casa súper limpia y moderna, ideal para una familia activa soltera o pequeña que viene a Sandpoint para disfrutar de todo lo que esta comunidad tiene para ofrecer. ¡Sal y juega duro durante el día y regresa a casa en un lugar súper cómodo y lujoso para pasar tus tardes!

    La unidad está convenientemente ubicada para todo lo bueno en Sandpoint. Está aproximadamente a 11 millas de la montaña Schweitzer y a 9 millas del campo de golf Idaho Club. Estamos cerca de varias rutas de senderismo (y a un minuto del largo puente), paseos a caballo y todas las mejores experiencias al aire libre que Sandpoint tiene para ofrecer.

    Esta es una casa muy cómoda y uno de los pocos alquileres en South Southpoint que cuenta con calefacción central y aire acondicionado. La conexión a Internet inalámbrica de alta velocidad y los televisores están conectados a DISH Network. También hay un sistema de entrada con cerradura inteligente agosto de teclado y los huéspedes eligen su propio código de entrada de 4 a 6 dígitos que permitirá la entrada durante sus estancias.

    Tenemos un gerente local que es fácil y excelente para trabajar si no estamos en la ciudad durante su estancia.

    EL CHECK IN es a las 4:00 pm (o en cualquier momento después) y el CHECK OUT es a las 11:00 am.

Great small apartment for visiting Sandpoint. Easy walk to restaurants, town, lake shore, and more. Quiet neighborhood, very peaceful. We loved it.

Couldn't have asked for more

This property is exactly as it appears in the pictures. The hosts are thoughtful (left us a bounty of wedding anniversary goodies) and very responsive. The location is handy to Sandpoint restaurants and the downtown area and makes getting to the lake, the mountains and the surrounding areas easy. Our experience was memorable for all the right reasons. Thank you to our hosts, Melissa and Brian.

Great spot

Lovely, almost new 1Br unit, less than 1 block to lake. Well kept, clean, & very comfortable. Hosts, Brian & Melissa, very nice & attentive to occupant needs. About a 3 block walk to town. Highly recommend this place.

Clean apartment in the perfect location

Check in WA very easy. The location was fantastic for walks around town and we enjoyed checking out the lake from the dock down the road. Our kiddo had a lot of fun too. The property was spotless and we found it easily using the directions provided. We loved Sandpoint and would stay there again!

Wonderful property, close walking distance to everything, clean and had everything we needed. Property owners were great to work with! We had a great weekend and would love to stay here again in the future!

August 2020 Summer trip

We would highly recommend this property! This updated , clean, modern apartment is in walking distance of restaurants and shops and is particularly close to the beach(just one block down) Our family had a wonderful Time and would definitely stay here again!

Carriage House Comfort

This place was extremely comfortable for two people. The bedding and towels were high end. We loved the king size bed. The place was well insulated and we did not hear noise when the windows were closed. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans, and dishes we needed. The place was very clean. We could easily walk to the shops and restaurants. We loved our time in Sandpoint!

Practical & clean

This property is clean and practical. The kitchen has almost all everything needed, sans a cheese grater, and the coffee was tasty and easy to make. If you like firm beds, you'll love the king bed. It was a little too firm for me though. The price was a little high for this accommodation, especially given the fees, but our family of 3 was able to cook our meals and spread out comfortably which was more convenient than staying at a hotel. Parking was close and easy. Location also great! And managers/owners were very helpful and easy to contact. I'd probably book it again the next time we have a soccer tournament in town, especially if there is a return guest discount offered.

Fabulous Sandpoint lodging!

We loved our stay at the carriage house. Everything brand new, very cute, cozy and clean. Great location, within walking distance to town. We would definitely stay again!
