  • This northern Idaho home is a charming retreat located just steps from the marina at Dover Bay Resort on Lake Pend d'Oreille in Sandpoint. Dover Bay offers an array of activities like hiking, biking, beach days during the summer, and world-class skiing during the winter at Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort, about 17 miles away. Downtown Sandpoint is less than four miles away and hosts some of the best breweries, restaurants, and wineries in the area.

    Spread out over two levels, this warm and inviting vacation rental features a well-equipped, full kitchen, a dining table for mealtimes or family game nights, and a main living area with comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels. A second living space at the top of the stairs is a great option for younger guests looking to watch their own shows together. In warm weather, make your way out to the covered and furnished front porch complete with a picnic table and a gas grill for perfect barbecues.

    This home is also equipped with central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer, so don't worry about the laundry piling up during your stay!

The place was great and so was the location ! Carpet in the house needs to be restreched and black out shades in the bedrooms would be nice .

We used this home to house some employees. It worked perfectly. Really nice home, clean, quiet, and everyone had their own space.

40th birthday

Great spot with beach near by. Nice to have a bigger room for the kids with extra beds. Bring your bikes for the great walking and biking trails. Kitchen has all pans and dishes you need. Nice to have a washing machine.

Great house for multiple people!

Loved the setup and the 3 bathrooms. Plenty of space for people to sleep and get ready in the mornings. Very well stocked kitchen with utensils, Cooke ware and spices. First night we showed up and the AC was not working, they delivered fans the next morning and then the next day sent someone to install 3 window AC units. Very responsive! Will definitely book with Vacasa again!

Great location, as advertised comfortable.

My only suggestion was that check-in and check-out are typically 3pm and 11am. They ask for 4pm and 10am, but you can pay a fee for normal times. We didn't need that, just FYI. Great location a short walk to the water.

Fantastic home in a quiet neighborhood close to the water

The house was great for our family of 6. Great to have enough beds for everyone. The home was a 5 min walk to the marina. There is a pool and exercise center at the marina but we didn’t know if we had access to it or not. It didn’t really matter because we spent our days at the lake and at Silverwood (45 min drive). Had everything we needed for meals at home. Great front porch with picnic table chairs and bbq. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

The house was roomy and nice.It would have been nice to have had coffee. Two nice coffee pots and no coffee. We had no salt, no tissue,and no instruction booklet on checking out to let us know what you expected.The area was lovely and would definitely stay there again, knowing what we know now, we would have been better equipped.
