The bathtub wouldn’t drain, the room was dirty, the pool was filthy, the heater quit working (woke our 2 month old up because he was cold), and in the morning we found bed bugs. All of this just for a “sorry” from the front desk. I want a refund for this terrible stay. This place should be shut down ...
