Situated in a quiet neighbourhood and close to the shores of St Georges Basin this home provides the perfect getaway for a couple or a small family on a budget.

A short stroll to Sanctuary Point shopping village, St Georges Basin Country Club. Only 8-minute drive away from Vincentia, Great restaurants, cafes, and clubs. Surf wear shops, News agency, chemist, medical centre, major supermarkets with deli section, plenty of take away foods, bottle shops and more.

With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, open plan living and a good sized backyard this pet friendly home will provide an ideal base to explore all that the region has to offer. Just a stone's throw from the basin and Sanctuary Point foreshore walk. Hyams Beach is just a 10 minute drive away and the unspoilt beauty of Booderee National Park just a little further beyond.

There is much to see and do in Jervis Bay and this home is located right amongst it! Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, hiking, surfing, fishing, exploring National Parks, dolphin/whale watch cruises and much more.

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

Pets

This property is suitable for small pets and has a secure, fully fenced, back yard, however they are not allowed in bedrooms or on the furniture. An additional cleaning charge may apply if the home is left untidy due to your pet. You will need to ensure your 4-legged family member has been treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.

Please be aware that whilst the unit has its own private access and is entirely private, it is a dual occupancy property and there are common walls with the adjoining unit so we would ask that you are respectful of the noise.

Furry Friends was perfect for our stay given we had our dog with us. Large enough enclosed yard space was great. 2 Bedroom duplex unit was comfortable and clean. Some nice touches by the hosts to make the stay pleasant. Beds were a little firm for our liking, but that's a personal preference. Only thing I would improve on is a more comfortable lounge space. Overall highly recommend.

St George’s Basin nearby

The house was simple and clean with all needed for a stay with our two Jack Russells. We had to cover some gaps under the fence and that was enough to keep them in. They loved the yard. The proximity to St George’s Basin and that lovely walk

Nice little property, pet friendly, close to beach, club, shops, several major towns within 15 min drive, club and water walking distance. Highly recommended, thank you for having us.

Relaxing stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was easy to check in and out. Had off-street parking for our car but it wasn't an issue as the street was really quiet. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook with including basics such as salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea and sugar. Loved that they also had children's cups and plates/bowls. Great for little hands or clumsy adults. Located a short drive from many shops and lovely beaches and parks. Good sized backyard. The only negative I would say is the couch isn't that comfortable in the living room but that's really just down to preference.
