  • The Palm Tree Cottage en Erowal Bay (cerca de Jervis Bay) es el destino de vacaciones perfecto para relajarse y descansar. Esta casa de campo frente al mar tiene capacidad para 7 personas y está cerca de todas las comodidades del Parque Nacional de Jervis Bay.

    Observe las magníficas puestas de sol sobre las aguas de la cuenca de San Jorge desde esta cómoda casa de vacaciones frente al mar con dos dormitorios. Cuenta con todas las instalaciones modernas con 2 salas de estar grandes y una terraza acristalada, cocina totalmente equipada, baño y lavandería.

    Ubicada literalmente en la orilla, la casa de campo ofrece vistas íntimas de las aguas cristalinas de la cuenca de San Jorge y de los parques nacionales.

    Pesca / gamba, canotaje y natación está disponible a 4 metros de la casa. O simplemente relájese en la orilla del agua con las aves locales y los canguros amigables. La famosa playa de Hyams en la bahía de Jervis está a solo 5 km.

    Ubicado en el lado norte de la misma cuadra (elevado en el costado de la carretera) está el alojamiento SeaEsta, la hermana de Palm Tree Cottage. SeaEsta tiene unas vistas magníficas sobre la bahía. Con capacidad para seis personas, este alojamiento completamente renovado se puede alquilar por separado o junto con The Palm Tree Cottage. Perfecto para pasar las vacaciones con un grupo de amigos u otra familia. Enviar consulta para las tarifas.

    CONDICIONES:

    1. El número de invitados no debe exceder las 7 personas a menos que se nos notifique, ya sea verbalmente o por escrito y pagados. (Precio para huéspedes adicionales bajo petición solamente).

    2. Salida: la propiedad debe dejarse en un estado similar a su condición a la llegada, de lo contrario se cargará su fianza. Por ejemplo, se deja muy sucio, los productos de limpieza tienen que lavarse, manchas en la alfombra, marcas de quemaduras en el piso, agujeros en las paredes, etc.

    3. Partes y funciones están estrictamente prohibidas.

    4. Los daños, roturas y pérdidas de los artículos de la casa son responsabilidad de los huéspedes durante su estancia y se cargarán al huésped.

    5. La perturbación a nuestros vecinos, incluido el ruido excesivo, está prohibida y puede resultar en la terminación del alquiler.

    6. Lo siento no mascotas.

We stayed for 2 weeks at Palm Tree Cottage and loved it! The view is amazing, the cottage is very roomy, very well equipped, and the wonderful swinging chair was great to idle away a few hours reading a book . The kitchen is well equipped and modern, and the bed is very comfortable.

The waterviews were wonderful with the added attraction of 5 kangaroos that visited regularly. The cottage was clean,the kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. Communication with the host and check process was easy. The information given by the host for check in and acces to the property was accurate and informative

A quiet haven

This is an ideal spot for a quiet getaway. You can stay in and enjoy the lake views whilst sipping a wine or go out and explore Jervis Bay and surrounds.

Quiet waterfront retreat

The property was clean and comfortable in a beautiful spot. Close to beaches and town. Unfortunately the local coffee shop and general store had closed down (which was described on the property listing) but the nearest town was not far.

Pleasant weekend getaway

Perfect for our family of 3. Hosts were responsive to questions we had. The house itself was well equipped from kitchen appliances to variety of board games. The view of the water at priceless - amazing to see first thing in the morning and at sunset.

The house was good no where to sit outside if raining was stuck inside all weekend as it poured rain from the time we got there an awning out the front over veranda would be great or out back over door .Bedroom 1 leaking water drown wall from roof and sunroom Leaking as well .

Beautiful Cottage and comfortable stay

We enjoyed our short stay and the stunning view of this water-front property. It is way more beautiful than than in the pictures. The property is very clean, looks like newly renovated, the sound of the water through out the day is very healing, overall excellent for short stay. A couple things that were uncomfortbale were getting down to the property from someone else's driveway is a bit tricky the first time and there is not enough bin space to throw the trash. Also, bringing your own sheets and towels is cumbersome, especially if people are flying in and not driving. Hiring from the owners is very expensive for 3 or 4 days. Other than that we highly recommend this cottage and will love to stay there again.

Situated on the waters edge - wonderful. Property is tired and needs a refresh.

While there was a mix up initially, the location is great and the reason I chose the property. The property itself was disappointing. Understanding that it is likely a 1940s fibro fisherman’s cottage which has some charm, the interior requires updating. The 1970s stove and oven is not inviting and requires replacing. The sofa bed has a handwritten note stuck to the wall above it advising it is broken. Flooring and lighting need a refresh. The vertical blinds on the main viewing window is missing the wand mechanism to open/close and move the blinds. For the price, ice-trays and teabags would also be nice.

Great location

Overall okay stay. House is in a fantastic location, the house was overall quite unclean - inside okay however outside was littered with ciggerate butts and food. The photos include a fireplace,this is no longer in the house and some of the most uncomfortable matresses ive ever slept on.

Wedding weekend away

Great for a short weekend away while we attended a Wedding in the area. If we could, we would have stayed longer. Property was clean and spacious for four adults and our 5 month old. The driveway is a little steep to get to property but it’s worth it to be located right on the water. Bub loved watching the waves and ducks swim by. Cute little waterfront property, recommend to stay!

Relaxing fun getaway - home away from home

It was a much needed vacay for chattier family after another year of the pandemic and lockdowns. We absolutely loved the location location location- breathtaking sunsets, morning water front views, sunset dips in the bay and exploring booderee national park. We will definitely be back again and again 🙏🙏🙏👍

Location was perfect. Accomodation was basic but the view made up for it.

Location was perfect for kids! Lots of flies, spiders and Doona cover need to be washed before we used it. The outdoor dining table and chairs were dangerous for the kids to use as they had timber missing and nails exposed. The lounge was ripped (looked like dog claw marks) and there was no wifi which if your travelling and needing to work then it could be difficult. Would have been good to watch a movie one of the nights with the kids but smart TV wasn’t connected to wifi so couldn’t watch anything. No dishwasher and the kitchen equipment and cooking facilities were very basic. No tea or coffee supplied.
