Experience dramatic ocean views and the sounds of crashing waves at your doorstep. This private house is an incredible value. Perfect for small groups and surfers. Located in the peaceful community of Playa El Cocal. Very good Air conditioning. Fast fiber optic WiFi. Huge private yard. Great surfing in front. One mile down the beach is world famous Punta Roca and the town of Puerto La Libertad. Two miles up the beach is the vibrant village of El Tunco and it’s premier surf spots. Great restaurants on our street. Panoramic oceanviews!!!!

What a rad experience! It was our first time in El Salvador and it did not disappoint. This loft was amazing right on the water. We enjoyed listening to the waves crash on the shore and watching the sunset from the balcony. There was AC which was very nice. Shower and bathrooms were great. There's a delicious little restaurant right down the street called Neto's that we ate at almost every night. Monty and Pepper were kind, honest and knowledgeable as well as communicative. We will definitely be back. Cheers!

Il soggiorno è stato fantastico, casa pulita, posizione stupenda, ottima vista sull'oceano, davvero un'esperienza favolosa poter dormire sul mare.Suggerisco di portare calzature idonee per camminare sulle pietre/scogli.Abbiamo mangiato presso Neto's Restaurante, molto buono.Gli unici suggerimenti sono:- rinnovare o perlomeno lavare bene tende e tappeti poiché c'era un'odore sgradevole;- rinnovare il tettuccio esterno nel caso sia davvero amianto come sembra.

This house is everything you need. Peace. Calm. Quiet. Tranquil. Simple. Beautiful views. The best people. Close to El Tunco. Will be back every year!!! We would live here if we could!

Slice of Paradise

This little gem is a well kept secret behind a wall on an otherwise lackluster dirt road. Right on the beach front, sleeping and waking up to the crash of the waves was heaven for me. This small, but perfect, beach house provided an exclusive retreat in paradise!

Exactly as pictured

Great stay! House looks exactly as pictured. Clean with cold AC. Beautiful property right on the beach and Sergio goes out of his way to make sure you're taken care of. Recommend for everyone but especially small families, my daughter loved it here. 10/10

esta lindo el lugar

la locacion del lugar es perfecta, una de los mejores que he estado, los que arendan son muy buenas personas y no se meten con los inquilinos. para mi todo estuvo muy bien, solo tengo una pequena opinion, la estufa esta un poco viejita y muy pequena si pusieran algo mas grande y mas nueva estaria exelente. y si pudieran poner grama y limpiar mas los escombros de las ramas de los arboles de coco. tambien el acceso ala playa nesesita un caminito para poder apcesar ala playa, note que en hotel de al lado hay unos sacos de arena, esto podria ser una occion para este lugar, no me estoy quejando pero creo que esto le daria mas valuo al lugar. si volveria a rentar en este lugar por que es muy privado y bonita la vista al mar.

Such a great spot! Very clean and humble

The view you get from this place is absolutely beautiful! You can’t get any more beachfront than this. The property manager was friendly and the house was very clean and well kept. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe with friendly helpful residents. The only thing I can say about the house is that it needs another hammock and a microwave. Only stayed for 2 nights because it was all booked up. Everything went well except that the power went out at 4am so we had to go all morning with no power or running water our last day there which was rough with the heat and the fact we couldn’t even shower. However Sergio brought some water for us to use for the toilets and to wash our hands which we appreciated a lot! I’d definitely return. Hopefully the power won’t go out again lol

Because of airline malfunction in USA on Jan 11, we did not arrive until next day, and were not able to enjoy the property. I am talking to owner about a possible refund or credit towards a future stay. I hope this is within VRBO guidelines. Thanks Dean Stevens

Magic and Beautiful!

Amazing ocean front cabin. Perfect for me and my fiancée. Communication with the host was fast and easy going. The caretakers were always available to help us out with what ever we needed. Amenities were clean, and property was very tidy. Waking up essentially on the water, right in front of good waves was a dream come true for us. 10/10 and we can’t wait to come back. We already reserved dates for next year to do it all over again. 🤙🏼🤩

Oceanfront Heaven

Wow, this place is amazing! We had a blast. This place is off the hook—oceanfront, clean and stylish even. The photos need to be updated because the place has new floors and paint job. We were greeted by Kevin and his brother Yonathon who were super nice and attentive to anything we needed. My only complaint is that we were not there longer. We will be back for sure!!

Adventure on a Black Sand Beach

This is an incredible find! It's hard to explain how such a simple "primitive" house can be so welcoming. The property was amazing. We enjoyed waking up, brewing coffee, cutting mangoes and papayas, fixing oatmeal and sitting in the lower patio area as the sun was coming up. Every morning we would walk/run down the black sand beach. On these runs we would have the beach to ourselves, no hotels or corporate touristy junk. In a 3 mile run I counted 11 people on the busiest day there. We enjoyed the 2 nearby restaurants Netos and Punta Roca Surf Resort both within 50 yards of the property gate. If the want more of an American tourist vibe, take a day or 2 and drive to El Tunco "Surf City" 2 miles away. It's a short five

Excelente ubicacion pero descuidado

Desde que hice la reservacion sabia que no debia esperar lujos pero al menos esperaba encontrar limpió, no pudimos usar la estufa porque tenia demasiada grasa y los azulejos igualmente, el lugar tiene un terreno muy lindo pero está demasiado descuidado porque parece lugar abandonado, los mosquiteros tienen demasiado polvo y por esa razon no quise usarlos, considero que los dueños sacarian mejor provecho si invirtieran en su terreno y aumentaran el precio de la estacia. La ubicacion nos quedo perfecta porque pudimos viajar al tunco en los 2 dias que nos quedamos en la zona.

Unique place to stay

We were surprised that there was no beach a lot of the day. The tides come all the way up to the rocks. We enjoyed the view and walking at low tide. The surf hotel three houses down had nice food, as did the other hotel on the street. We mostly enjoyed the lady next door who cooked pupusas on Saturdays and Sundays. A chair for the little desk would be nice for those of us who still have to do some work. We only had issues one night when the house north of us had a bunch of loud people who were using this property to access the beach and were screaming until midnight. The rest of the week, it was incredibly peaceful.

Paradise

This place is amazing its simple nothing fancy but functional but who needs fancy when you have the beauty of the beach at footsteps away. The caretaker was friendly and helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. It's a great place to get away and disconnect from the world It did have great wifi for those that have a hard time disconnecting completely. Only down side for me is it has only 2 beds so there wouldn't be enough room if I want to take my kids next time as they would love all the yard/grass this place has to run around.
