"This tucked away resort is extremely charming. The 1 bedroom villa was extremely roomy and had all the basic necessities needed. We were able to cook and had a larger refrigerator. The property manager is extremely cordial, kind, and really went out of his way to welcome us. The property sits on the side of a mountain overlooking a sparkling pool, which then ever looks a city and the Mediterranean. The sunsets are gorgeous. Enjoyed a lot of time on the grounds by the pool and on our patio....

"We loved this hotel. It is very quiet and serene with an amazing location. The roof top bar has an amazing view of Taormina. We stayed at this hotel and the Four Season in Taormina and enjoyed each stay equally. The staff here was amazing. We are not big breakfast eaters but enjoyed the pastries, fruit and coffee. Dinners were amazing so much so that my son insisted that we eat there most nights. Our room was very spacious and clean. Would definitely return!"

"Our stay at the Carlotta was fantastic. Stefano, Federico and all the team we dealt with were super friendly, hospitable and extremely helpful. "If there was a rating higher than excellent my wife and I would select it for all categories!! The property location was second to none, and the envy of the thousands of tourists passing by the luxurious front gate and vine covered portico. " Traveling to the area to trace some fame history and this was the best rated place we are so glad we chose it! Giuliana was fantastics showed us our room and said if we needed anything to please call a homemade breakfast every morning. Well worth the stay. "

"Easy access with parking at Lumbi and then shuttle service. Very centrally located, a short walk from the gates into Taormina. Nice amenities and beautiful balcony with a stunning view. Staff was very helpful and attentitve. Would definitely recommend. "
