This welcoming, garden-level condo in San Pedro offers a view of the Caribbean Sea, a shared swimming pool, and close proximity to the beach and local restaurants! The Mara Laguna complex is located between the sea and the lagoon, so you can enjoy both by taking a short walk. This home is dog-friendly so furry companions are also welcome on your getaway. San Pedro town is only one mile south, where you'll find plenty of interesting things to do. Take advantage of the free concierge services to book an eco-tour with a local guide, a snorkeling or diving excursion, or a fishing trip with your loved ones. And in addition to the pool restaurant, there are several other laid-back dining options close by - all you need to do is rent a bike or a golf cart to enjoy the island!

After your eventful outing concludes, come back to your home away from home. This air-conditioned condo sports a spacious open layout and vast amounts of warm, natural lighting. Wind down on the living area furniture and watch your favorite streaming service on the TV or gaze out the windows there and admire the view of the sea. Make a snack or entire meals in your well-equipped kitchen whenever the mood strikes you. As the evening is about to conclude, toss your clothes from the day in your washer/dryer before settling into the king bed for the night.

Condo was clean Loved the complimentary water Jug, paper towels, kitchen was efficient and stocked with all necessary appliances. No towels or washcloths so bring some no broom or dustpan if needed nowhere to hang clothes but dresser provided.. I was alone and sliding doors did not lock well but complex has 24 hour guard gate. This is a great location close enough to town and not too far from Secret Beach. The bridge will charge for you to cross just pay once. Belize is a must it is beautiful as all the people there you will love it. Take water taxi from Belize airport Loved Belize

The view of the sea on the brochure is now a construction site. The main road is outside of bldg. Ve

The staff were excellent. Apt was very good. Location was convenient and close to town. Bridge toll stopped me from going to town unless I needed something that wasn't available North of the bridge. ,_$10.00 every time you go to town adds up very quickly. I am sure this is affecting tourist money flowing to the downtown area.

Fabulous stay in San Pedro

We had a fabulous stay at Mara Laguna, San Pedro. Our condo was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The pool was nice and never crowded. We were disappointed that the restaurant and bar on the property weren’t in operation but it wasn’t a problem. The location was perfect...close to San Pedro, restaurants, shopping, beaches. The property manager, Abe, was fantastic. He was very obliging, answered all our questions, and helped us book a golf cart rental and arrange taxis as necessary. We would return to this location and refer others.
