1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with kitchenette located in a quiet neighborhood just a few footsteps away from the Caribbean Sea! We are just a 15 minute walk from town and just a few minutes walk from restaurants and bars! Snorkeling, fishing and diving are just a few activities that I can arrange for you! We also offer parasailing ,birdwatching and a guest popular beach BBQ that includes fishing and snorkeling!

Great location and host!

The location was perfect. Quaint place that was walking distance to basically everywhere in San Pedro Town. Jaime helped set up our airport and water taxi transfers and golf cart rental and he was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again! We felt safe and at peace. The AC was also great for this

Perfect Getaway

If I could give a review on location alone, it would be 100 stars. Walking out to see the ocean was breathtaking each time. Not to mention every restaurant and bar close by were 10/10. The host was super helpful on check in/out processes and the best way to plan for travel. The house was small but had everything we needed (the surplus of towels and toiletries were super helpful also). Bonus points for host being upstairs if we needed anything at all. There was parking out front for the golf car we rented, plenty of excursions and fishing nearby, and cold A/C when we came back. Highly recommend staying here!!

Perfect Location/Clean/Wonderful Owners

The location of the property for us was perfect. Even though we had a rental cart which Jose helped us with, we like to walk so we could walk every day, walk to restaurants and to the dive shop. Rental was very clean and had what we needed. Can not say enough about this wonderful family who we rented the VRBO from. They were so helpful with everything. Even got the Cable company to come in so we could watch our Hockey Teams. Definitely would stay here again! Thank you!

Great stay!

Great property with everything you need. Host is extremely accommodating and helpful. Picked us up and dropped us off when leaving. Arranged for a golf cart (with reasonable fee) for a day to explore. Right on the beach so there is some noise, but nothing can be heard from the bedroom in the back. Would highly recommend that if this property pops up in your search that you BOOK I T!

This was perfect for us, Jose and family are super accommodating. Great communication, will definitely stay again. We loved the dogs, Nyla, Blue and zippy.

Awesome Time on the Beach

The property was right on the beach with a lot of restaurants and activities within walking distance. We took a 20 - 30 minute golf cart ride a couple times to Secret Beach too. Definitely would stay again. Jose was an awesome host the entire time we were there.

Best get away experience in thirty years!

A perfect location in Paradise! You open the front door to the Caribbean Sea and the sound of the waves crashing on the reef a few hundred yards out! Fishing, snorkeling and diving opportunities are everywhere. Great restaurants include the fancier ones and particularly the little hole in the wall restaurants frequented by the locals. But what truly made this the best vacation I’ve had in 30 years was the kindness and concern of the host family whose VRBO we stayed in. They took care of everything! So helpful! I cannot say more about them except they were the very best! I’ll be back sooner than later!
