A recently built residence features two buildings, a swimming pool, and a hot tub. This complex is located in a quiet area and is completely enclosed. The accommodation comprises a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom with a window and a shower, along with a terrace. Each reservation includes one dedicated covered parking space. The apartment is equipped with A/C units in every room, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a Sat TV. There are also two laundry facilities available for communal use. WI-FI is available at an additional cost (see below).°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid-June/early September): dates vary due to weather or maintenance. °The real allocation of the floor depends on the availability upon check-in. °Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations, and colours.
