The house was very well equipped with kitchen needs, ice machine, Keurig coffee, games, etc. There was a broken chair in dining room and one outside but we had plenty of seating. Fans helped keep house nice and cool. The washer and dryer came in handy. The back deck was lovely and we made good use of grill. The train never really bothered us either. Close to activities as well. TV remote was hard to use and figure out, but other than that, we had no issues. I’d book again.

Really cute, well thought out house! Plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was really nice. We appreciated the fans in every room and the easy check out process.

Cozy home

Came in town for a wedding but the little time I spent in the house was very cozy, relaxed, and comfortable. Neat little downtown area right around the corner too

This was a great little house to stay in for out of town work. The train is close but not horrible. The beds were very comfortable and place was clean.

Cute sta in quiet neighborhoods

House was great. All the amenities as listed. The train along the back gate was noisy but livable. We were aware of it and only there really to sleep so no complaints.

Heart of San Marcos

Came to San Marcos to celebrate a Texas State graduation. Perfect location. We enjoyed the convenience of being so close to the square.

No more Embassy Suites

We always just grab a hotel - not anymore! This was great for family especially with kids. The backyard & for hole boards kept the kiddos happy (and out of our hair for long periods of time) definitely will be there again
