This Pismo Beach Vacation Rental is a well maintained 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located on the 3rd floor of a gated and secure complex that sleeps 6 and is conveniently located near Pismo Beach, Pier, Restaurants, Shops and Boardwalk just 2 and 1/2 blocks away. Living room with a Queen Sofa Sleeper, large flat-panel TV with HD cable and DVD player. Access to Pay-Per-View on Cable (inquire on check-in). Wireless internet. Dining room with the perfect table for gathering 6 chairs and 3 barstools at the nearby bar for additional seating. Primary bedroom with a King size bed. Second bedroom with a Queen size bed and flat-panel TV including cable and DVD player. Washer/dryer. Located in Secured Gated Complex including parking.

Elevator access from the parking (ground level) up to the unit. 2 parking places associated with this unit, one designated spot in the gated area and one outside the gate that requires a parking pass (distributed at check-in).

Beach Getaway

We were pleasantly surprised by the location as it was everything (and more!) from the description. The cleanliness, ease of access, security of gated area, and the tranquility of the environment made our stay feel like home away from home. Walking back from the beach to going out and exploring the many dining options was simple, which isnt always easy with a toddler! The property management employees were very friendly and helpful. I've already recommended this place to my friends and I'd bring my family back and stay here again! Thank you thank you!

Perfect for full Pismo experience

Beautiful, clean, amazing location! 2 block straight walk through downtown to Pismo Pier. Condo has everything needed and more. East check in/out. Property mngr was incredibly helpful/kind. Will absolutely come again!! Thank you from my whole family!!

Nice condo! Good size and exactly like pictures. 4 adults has plenty of room. Very accessible for the one adult with limited mobility. Only issue was carpet in main area was very stained, properly mgr very responsive when I reported it to them.

Fantastic, except…

This is a lovely condo, great floor plan, nicely decorated and well stocked. The beds and bedding were super comfy. Private and secure, it’s just an easy couple of blocks walk to the beach and lots of nice restaurants and shopping even closer. Having a nice washer/dryer right in the unit was a great bonus. There’s a dedicated secure parking spot for the unit. The thing that we didn’t like, and that would make us hesitate to come again, was the early morning noise. Traffic noise and garbage trucks woke us up about 6am nearly every day of the week we were there. The building dumpsters are directly down from the master bedroom windows, and even though we were on the third floor, the noise was loud.

Yearly get away

I was very happy with this property. Everything was very clean which is important to me especially during the pandemic. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen.

Great location

The apartment was even better than the pictures. Super clean, smelled good, comfortable beds, stocked with everything needed. Nice gated parking lot with an extra parking spot right outside. Close to lots of restaurants, bars, shops and the pier- all walking distance. We stayed there with family, plenty of room for everyone. Would definitely stay there again.

Centrally located

This property was centrally located which made it so easy to walk just about anywhere in Pismo Beach. It was also large and comfortable enough for our party to hang out at the property. I also thought the property was actually a littler nicer than the pictures make it seem.

Overall best location

Arrived later then expected. Overall best location and condo was beautiful. Only thing I would advise is check for anything broken and take pictures. One of the entry bathroom doors completely dismantled itself after opening it to use the restroom. Besides that we’ll definitely be back for another stay.

Convenient location, Nice unit

The condo was spacious and clean. Great location within easy walk to coffee, restaurants and Pismo Beach/pier. Street noise a little loud and no view, but we didn’t spend much time in the condo as there was so much to do all around us. The entire family agreed we should come back soon!

Location and price is amazing!

Property is secure, as long as you have one car, which is awesome! The size was perfect and beds are comfortable. The only thing I would change is putting black out blinds in bedrooms, lots of lighting coming through windows during the night and day.
