  • Uno de los edificios modernos más nuevos en el área ubicada en Ocean Park, que es uno de los mejores lugares para colgar para parejas y grupos en el área de San Juan. Ubicado a 10 minutos del Viejo San Juan, el aeropuerto y los centros comerciales. El apartamento tiene 1 dormitorio / 1 baño, cómoda sala de estar con sofá y un nuevo televisor inteligente de pantalla plana donde puedes ver Netflix, Prime o tu canal de transmisión favorito. A / C en todo el apartamento. El dormitorio tiene una cama Queen con escritorio si vienes a trabajar. El baño tiene una ducha con grifo moderno.

    A poca distancia de la impresionante playa de aguamarina relajada y vacía. Por la noche, no hay necesidad de taxi. Se quedará a pasos de la playa por un lado y de los restaurantes de moda por el otro. Mucha vida nocturna. Si te gusta hacer ejercicio, hay un parque cerca con vistas al océano.

    Lugar de estacionamiento seguro gratuito en el edificio.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Within walking distance of our favorite breakfast place Kasalta and other great places on Calle Loíza.

Great location close to the beach and lots of restaurants. The host was very friendly and helpful. Detailed instructions on checking in and out made the process super easy. We had a fantastic stay!

The space was immaculate, comfortable and inviting. It was nice to have a/c throughout the day. Parking in the garage is easy and convenient. It was really easy to get in touch with the host whenever something came up. The area is walkable, and I didn't find it noisy at night at all. Would love to stay again.

Lovely accommodation

The place was spacious and clean as shown in the pictures. They had everything you needed for the perfect getaway. There is so much nightlife near the accommodation. Would stay here again if I visit again.

Safe and cozy place

Loved the condos cleanliness and how we felt safe during our stay. The host was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely be coming back.

Located in a very walkable are to several restaurants and shops. Nicely decorated with many amenities, provided. Host was very easy to get in contact with to handle issues and ask questions. Also, being in a gated secured building with a parking spot was definitely a plus.

First time to Puerto Rico

Not knowing anything about where to stay safely, this location worked perfectly for us. Apartment was lovely, well appointed, safe surroundings, walking distance to good restaurants, quick walk to the beach and Uber was readily available. We did not cook, however the kitchen is well stocked to do so. Very comfortable stay here.

Really nice apartment! Close by a supermarket, good dining spots and more. My husband and I loved our stay. Washer/dryer machine was a plus. Beware, the bed is a little uncomfortable for a side sleeper.

Property is as advertised. Great location. 3 blocks from the beach and a lot of great restaurants on Calle Loiza. They even had 2 beach chairs and a bogie board to use. Magda was great

Nice stay

Stayed for 4 nights in January. Liked that there were restaurants, beach and grocery within walking distance. Could here occasional noise from outside, but wasn't significant. Had everything that we needed.

San Juan 2024

The apartment was clean and cozy finding the entrance to the complex was a bit challenging but the host was quick to respond with added help. Lighting in the bathroom was a little dim but we made do.. There were several good restaurants to eat at very close to the apartment. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again in the future.

Ocean Park gem

We stayed for 4 nights. Great location. You could walk to the beach and restaurants. The host thought of all the extras; beach chairs, sunscreen, bug spray etc. It had a washing machine and dryer and the host even left tide pods for it. It was a very quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again.

It was last minute price was really competitive. Right next to the beach is what my Fiance wanted and it was walking distance to everything but rental scooters where everywhere and Uber was cheap and a quick response.

Close to Beach

The property was great. Getting in and out of the building was a bit more complex. Street and driving conditions were less than ideal. Enjoyed the sun and the beach.

The apartment was very cozy and accommodating. It felt like home away from home. Great location for shopping and the beach. The doors and gates took a while to figure out. Getting in with the host instructions were easy. Leaving, locking doors, unlocking gates to leave, etc. was a bit of a challenge. Overall, a wonderful stay.
