Spacious 3 bedroom Rio Mar Villa with Spectacular Ocean View & Golf Cart!

Private villa located within the gated Rio Mar & Country Club community. (We are not part of the Wyndham Rio Mar resort). Rio Grande Awarded as One of the Best Places to visit in 2023. Beautifully furnished private 3BR/3 Bath Villa (2,000 sq. feet).

This community has two golf courses (Ocean course and River course). The Villa has a community pool just a few steps from the villa and access to the beach with free parking. The Villa has 4 Smart TV 's, and High-Speed Internet service. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large open dining/living area. Wonderful views from every room (end unit), high ceilings and spacious bedrooms. Amenities included: Internet, TV, washer/dryer, oven, microwave, wine cooler, dishwasher, Blackstone grill & ice maker. Two assigned parking spots are permitted.

This breezy second-level Villa makes for the perfect get away, relax on the porch with ocean views or enjoy the beach, play golf, tennis or pickle-ball. Spa, Restaurants and Casino are all within the gated community. El Yunque National Rain Forest is just a few miles away.

NO PETS ALLOWED, not even from visitors, please! No parties or gatherings allowed. The unit is strictly for the guests use.
Property Manager is knowledgeable about the area.
Essentials: High-speed Internet, Linens, Towels, Air conditioning & Ceiling fans in every room.
Entertainment: 4 Smart TV's
Parking: 2 assigned parking spots for guests. Golf cart in 3rd space.
4-personGolf Cart is provided. There is a $25 gas fee and a release form.

Cleaning Practices: Exceptional attention to cleanliness, Cleaned with disinfectant. Check-in & out with no person-to-person contact. All towels and bedding washed & sanitized, all high-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant.

This villa was every part of spacious and beautiful views and clean. The basic needs of toiletries and things were very much appreciated. The instructions for the golf cart and doors were plainly written and accurate. The only small complaint is the villa being close to the gate entrance and hearing the cars and phone call conversations at all times of the night. Otherwise it was perfect in every way. Thank you for a beautiful vacation stay!

We loved our stay! Beautiful place with great view and centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Great communication and prompt service from the property manager. The most equipped property we have ever stayed at. The private beach was the best I've ever been to. Wonderful vacation!!

I went with my husband and 3 adult children. The unit was very spacious and clean. The balcony is where we spent the majority of the time when in the unit. The views were amazing. The beach was calm, water was warm and could walk at least a mile in either direction. Highly recommend.

We loved this villa! Excellent, wonderful, lovely! I will definitely book here again. The unit is very spacious, beautiful views, plenty of towels, 4 beach chairs, umbrellas, golf cart. I could sit on the patio all day. We visited over the holidays and loved the Christmas decor. The owner is easy to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here!

Cathy was very kind and quickly responded to us. Her place is located in a beautiful area. The condo itself is clean and very well equipped. The beach is absolutely stunning and very quiet. We did not eat at any of the restaurants or using any other amenities but overall it was a wonderful experience.

Great location! Owners and property manager were responsive. Owners provided lots of helpful information about the area. Beach was beautiful and well maintained. Hotel restaurants and bars were very expensive so if you plan to venture there be prepared for the cost. Otherwise an excellent stay with my family.

Great accommodations for a group of seven adults. Four very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The two golf carts are a must to move around the neighborhood. Great places to eat within Rio Mar as well as short driving distance. Our vacation was more of a stay and relax, but there are also plenty of activities.
