Ground-level apartment.Each bedroom features a queen bed, inverter air conditioning, a closet, and a dresser with a mirror and drawers. The master bedroom is spacious with a large closet, while the second bedroom is cozier but equally comfortable. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower with on-demand hot water, along with complimentary amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and beach towels.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a four-burner gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, utensils, glasses, coffee mugs, and pantry essentials like coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil. The dining area features a glass table for four, seamlessly connected to a cozy living room with a Smart TV and an additional air conditioning unit.



The apartment offers high-speed Wi-Fi, a full backup generator that powers the entire unit during outages, and a water cistern to ensure continuous water supply.



Guests will have full and private access to the entire Apartment 2, located on the first floor.

•One assigned parking space inside the property

The property features a self check-in system with smart locks. A key fob for the common area gates, codes for pedestrian gates, and the beeper for the vehicle gate, as well as the apartment door code, will be provided prior to your arrival. Check-in is available anytime after 4:00 PM.



We aim to provide guests with a comfortable, private, and uninterrupted stay. However, we’re always available if you need assistance before, during, or after your reservation.



Communication is handled primarily through the Airbnb platform for safety and organization. In case of emergencies or special situations, we can also be reached by phone.

Check-in is self-guided using smart locks, a key fob, and personalized codes. Before your arrival, you will receive the codes for the pedestrian gates and the apartment door.



Once inside the apartment, you will find:

* A physical key for the apartment door (to be used if the smart lock fails)

* A key fob for access to common areas

* A remote control (beeper) for the vehicle gate



Brisamare is a gated multifamily property with a total of five apartments. Other guests may be staying in the other four units.



Each apartment has one assigned parking space inside the property. There is no visitor parking, and only registered guests may use the facilities.



The swimming pool, BBQ area, and coin-operated laundry room are shared amenities for

Brisamare guests only. Outside visitors are not allowed.



Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.



Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. No parties or events.
