This centrally located apartment is ideal for access to both the beautiful Mar Menor the Meditterean and also the historical towns of Cartegena and Murcia with easy access to the two major Airports of Alicante and Murcia.

Located in Roda, the village has 2 restaurants and bars as well as a picturesque Church, Beauty Salon and Supermarket. A lovely communal pool is a 2 minute walk away. We request guests wear a yellow wristband in the pool area, these are available in the apartment

A 30 minute walk or 5 minutes in a car/taxi will get you to commercial areas with numerous bars and restaurants etc.

The nearest beach is a 40 minute walk.


The apartment has a fully glazed balcony and air-con/heating available at no extra cost.

Free street parking, is available in the vicinity of apartment.

Set of adult right hand golf clubs (10 clubs) available for use at Roda driving range, golf course or elsewhere. Located in bedroom 3 wardrobe.

Beach essentials such as two folding chairs, umbrella with corkscrew, fishing nets, beach towels, body board, etc. located in wardrobes in bedrooms 2 and 3.

In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.

In the next bedroom, there are 2 single beds.

The third bedroom contains a bunk (sleeps 2) bed.

There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower over it.
The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.

Linen, towels (including beach) a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
