Casa Happy Sol is a precious gem of San Pancho! We’ll make your stay the best it can be with beach vibes and chill moods lasting throughout your vacay. The local flair is laid back beach vibes. Surfers love the waves while beachcombers chill in the sand, but there’s mucho to do with nature trails, hiking adventures, local shopping, and some of the best street food and restaurant faire in the area. And when you want to mix it up, we’ll connect you with the right spots to live it large!

San Pancho is a precious gem of Nayarit, Mexico. This small beach town is an ideal location for your vacation. San Pancho is a quick 10 minutes from Sayulita and 30 minutes from Punta de Mita. The local flair is laid back beach vibes. Surfers love the waves while beachcombers chill in the sand, but there’s mucho to do with nature trails, hiking adventures, local shopping, and some of the best street food and restaurant faire in the area. San Pancho is made for health conscious travelers who enjoy beautiful sunsets, yoga, organic foods, and serene jungles.

Delfin (Dolphin) - downstairs
This unit is a Studio with a King Bed and Sofa separated by a Rustic brick wall. Full Bathroom and kitchen with a sliding door that leads out to a private patio. The decor is bohemian chic to keep your beach vibes tuned throughout your stay.

Would stay again

We have stayed at this location 3 times, previously with different management so we knew the location etc. The woman who cleans is great and the property is well maintained by a person who is friendly and helpful.

Could Have Been Better

The location of Casa Happy Sol is nicely tucked away in a quiet part of town. The suite was spacious with a large kitchen.The outdoor area was a nice feature. Everything else was meh. Not very clean, an overwhelming smell of musk, and the decor seemed like a mismatched array of hand-me-downs.. The bathroom was especially of note in regards to the smell and a mouldy wall. Your neighbours will also make or break this experience as noise travels. We were grateful to have great neighbours in two of the suites but the third enjoyed drinking heavily and yelling throughout the night. I did communicate this with the host and he did respond promptly about a water issue but not much else. We ended up leaving a night early and were told we would be refunded for our last night but I am still waiting for the payment. I think the suites have potential if a little bit of attention was given to remodelling and cleanliness. Could also be a nice idea to stock a few basics in the kitchen like coffee, salt and pepper, etc. All that said, it was on the cheaper end of accommodations so it will work for you if you have low expectations. But I think there are better places available in this price range.
