Celebrate the upcoming summer season and national holidays; Independence Day, Revolution Day and Christmas in the warm ambiance of our beachfront haven. San Felipe's traditional festivities can make your holiday a memorable one. We welcome dogs (with prior approval), making it a perfect choice for a summer vacation with your furry companion. Please adhere to our house rules and respect the cleaning fee, which covers normal turnover cleaning with additional charges for any excessive mess. Our guests enjoy unrestricted access to the entire house and private beach entry. You'll have usage of the resort pool, hot-tub, and restaurant, plus ample on-premise and free street parking options, thanks to the abundant space around our property. However, please note that the lower pool is reserved strictly for the owners' use.

Inside, the inviting master bedroom boasts a queen bed, plentiful closet space, and an en-suite bath. The additional two bedrooms share a bathroom, guaranteeing an atmosphere of privacy and tranquility. The living area extends a warm invitation for relaxation, equipped with DirectTV and a Blue-ray player for cozy movie nights. Swap stories and create memories around the dining table, perfectly situated next to our fully equipped kitchen, catering to your culinary desires with a Keurig coffee machine and stylish dinnerware. The expansive terrace invites you to unwind under the stars, to enjoy alfresco dinners or chilled evenings around the charcoal grill. A spacious garage houses your beach toys, ATVs, or dune buggy, complementing the in-house amenities including air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and an easy access smart-lock system. Take note that our luxury property is equipped to accommodate 12 guests based on five beds, you might want to bring airbeds should you need more.

Please note that as per HOA rules, all persons that enter the house are counted as guests, even if they dont stay for the night and after 8 will be charged $30 per person / day

When hunger strikes, the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a Keurig coffee machine and a dining table, is ready for the elaborate holiday feasts. Step outside onto an expansive terrace and immerse yourself in the serene sea views and daily sunsets. Enjoy al fresco dining around the charcoal grill or retreat to the spacious garage, perfect for storing beach toys or ATVs. For your comfort, we provide air conditioning, heating, washer/dryer facilities, Wi-Fi, and an easy smart lock check-in/out system. Please note there are only 5 beds, so consider bringing airbeds if necessary.
