El Dorado Ranch San Felipe Vacation Rental Condo 21-1

Whether you are relaxing inside this San Felipe rental condo, or going for a stroll along the golf course right in front of the condo, or walking down to the beach, a fun and memorable vacation is guaranteed with this rental.

Featuring 2-bedroom and 2-baths with almost 1,300 square feet of living space, this single floor plan condo is elegantly furnished with contemporary decor and sleeps 6.

The living room has comfortable sitting and a 42 inch wall mounted flat screen TV for entertainment. The living room sofa has a pull-out queen bed.

Adjacent to the living room is the dining section with a circular ceramic dining table and cushioned chairs for enjoying extended quality dining time. The open floor plan includes a modern kitchen with island and new appliances including side-by-side refrigerator, electric oven and range, microwave oven, coffee maker and lots more. Of course, plates and silverware are all provided.

There are two bedrooms - a generous master suite and a second bedroom. Master bedroom has a California King size bed with private bathroom encompassing a shower, bathtub and his and her sink. A walk-in closet completes the master suite.

The second bedroom is to the left as you walk in the rear entrance. This bedroom has a queen bed, and unique to this room, an office table and chair - just in case you need to get a little bit of work done while on vacation. A bathroom with shower is accessible from the hallway.

Step outside on to the patio and you'll find beautiful views of the golf course and surrounding mountains. It's the simply a delight to catch the sun rise come up over the mountains - have your camera ready to capture those post card pictures.

When you rent this El Dorado Ranch condo, you get all the privileges of an El Dorado Ranch owner, this includes free use of 3 swimming pool,  tennis courts, private beach and lots more. 

A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival.  This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card.

- Maximum occupancy 6 guests.
- This rental comes with 4 pool passes only!
- If 6 adults rent, only 4 adults can access the pool.
- Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass

Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests.  Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM.  If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool.  Passes will need to be picked up the following day.  

MONTHLY RENTALS - Utilities are additional.  A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival. 

NOTE: Off road vehicles are no longer permitted in La Ventana del Mar.   Exception for race teams.

This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.  
- 8 BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos. It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area 
- Another option is to use the BBQ service of on-site Pavilion restaurant
