The Space:
The home offers a modern, luxury Spanish style architectural influence with terra cotta roofing. Your exclusive detached home is one of four on the property. The entire interior is brand new! Cozy up in the living room after a day at the beach to watch a movie on our plush sectional couch. Cook dinner in our fully remodeled kitchen with state of the art appliances, or BBQ on our gas grill. Make your way up to the 2 upstairs bedrooms by way of our sleek wraparound spiral staircase. Guest Access:
Self check in: Prior to arrival, all guests will be provided a unique combination code to the Smart Lock on the front door.

With a Walkscore of 82, most everything can be done on foot. Able to walk to all the great restaurants, bars, breweries, coffee shops, beaches, pier, grocers, etc etc. Short Uber or car ride to Downtown San Diego, Airport, etc.

Other Things to Note:
Move in ready with optimum flexibility: all utilities included - including internet, full kitchen with appliances and all cooking wares. All with flexible rental length terms long or short term to suit your specific need.

- This is a two story home, and there are spiral stairs to climb to access the two upstairs bedrooms (queen bed, and two twin beds upstairs).
- The sleeping accommodations are three bedrooms, two queen beds, two twin beds, and an inflatable queen size floor mattress.
- The TV is a Smart TV Roku enabled to access all of your favorite streaming services. There isn't cable television service attached.
- We aren't directly in the flight path, but there can be noise from airplanes during your stay.

-There is a new washer/dryer located on the property; it is operated through the WASH app for payment using your smart phone.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials like pots, pans, and utensils. However, we DO NOT provide cooking oil, plastic wrap, and aluminum foil.

Standalone, detached, entire private home within four single family homes within the gated property. One off-street parking space off the alleyway is included with your reservation!
