The home overall met our needs and had plenty of space. The rooms were simple but nice. Kitchen was ok. Highlights were the hot showers and comfy beds.

Què li ha agradat: Neteja

This home is spacious and was able to host 8 tall guests! There was plenty of linens, towells, and pillows. The kitchen was stocked and the front room's couches were so comfy! We were in town for our son's graduation and the traffic was minimal due to the home's proximity to the freeways. We wouls stay here, again for sure!

Home in condition of poor cleanliness and disrepair.

Our family was first met with the smell of bleach as we entered the house. The illusion of a freshly cleaned house soon faded from there.We quickly noticed that the floors in the home were very dirty/tacky, and the dust and grime on the floors would quickly turn all of the guests feet and socks black. We immediately bought new house slippers to try to make it bearable.Wiping a drop of water from the floor instantly made a tissue stained.Many ants in both baths and kitchen.The oven was nonoperational, as the button-pad was broken and peeled off, and the large burners would not light on the stove. I have kids with many severe allergies, so a working stove and oven were very important.The main bathroom toilet was not safe as the toilet seat was broken off. It was also loose from its foundation and was unstable. The master bathroom toilet seat was also shifting/loose, and had to be tightened to be safe for use.Host said he would send a handyman, but he never showed.Outside, my uncle sat on a patio chair that then completely collapsed, causing him to fall. The yard was covered in leaves and did not seem maintained.Food particles and stains were all over the pull-out bed mattress.My mom stayed in one of the rooms and noticed the smell of feces in the room. After spending a night, a closer inspection of the floors in the morning revealed a brown smear by the bed. She found a drawer filled with adult diapers in the room, so we fear it was an old mark of human feces.

Broken toilet seat. This toilet was also loose from the foundation.

Mixed Review

For the price, should I expect shortcomings?Let's start with the positives:- We travel with our dogs so it's really nice to have a large yard. The yard is predominantly tree bark and concrete. Unfortunately, there is no shade.- Spacious. The bedrooms are a nice size and so is the livingroom and diningroom.- It's so nice to be able to park the car in the garage!- Upon entry, there is a shoe rack---very convenient.- Check-Out is incredibly simple: dishes in dishwasher and garbage taken out (the garbage cans are on the sidewalk oddly...it seems like other people may be filling it!)Here are the negatives:- Could not walk barefoot as the hard floors were tacky and a bit dirty.- scout ants in both bathrooms- some towels are rough and some are soft- the blinds have broken blades- I hesitated in using the kitchen because the range hood and stove knobs are greasy and dusty- closet doors are stuck- one of the kitchen cabinets hangs off when opened but I was able to put it back in place- one of the bathroom fans sounded like harbor ships engine
