  • The Garden House es una hermosa casa de huéspedes de dos pisos y dos habitaciones dobles. Rodeada de hermosos jardines, la casa tiene su propia entrada a través de un pequeño puente y está alejada de la casa principal, ofreciendo privacidad y tranquilidad. Ubicado a 5 minutos en automóvil del exclusivo hotel, Rancho Valencia y The Farms Golf Club.
    En el primer piso, hay un amplio salón con sofá seccional y mesa de café. Ventanas de piso a techo ofrecen hermosas vistas sobre el jardín. Hay una pequeña cocina totalmente equipada con fregadero, dos fuegos, nevera pequeña y microondas. Esta planta tiene un baño con ducha. Las puertas conducen a una gran terraza privada con techo a la sombra con muebles de exterior, que ofrece hermosas vistas de los jardines.
    En la planta baja hay dos grandes habitaciones dobles. El maestro tiene una cama queen size, un baño con ducha, inodoro y tocador. Armario. Las puertas francesas conducen a un patio cubierto. La habitación de invitados es una gran habitación doble (disponible como dos camas individuales o una reina) con baño privado con bañera pequeña, ducha, tocador y baños. Hay un armario empotrado con 4 cajones adicionales. Hay un gran armario que alberga la lavadora y secadora. Las puertas francesas conducen al patio, que cuenta con muebles adicionales al aire libre y una tumbona.

    Hay estacionamiento en la calle para dos autos. Se permite un perro pequeño, a discreción de los propietarios.

Our Host, Inga was warm and asked many times if we were comfortable or needed anything, The Garden House was very clean with updated fixtures, and comfy towels and bedding! Serene and private garden to walk through or enjoy your coffee on the cozy wrap around patio.

My stay in the Garden House was far beyond what I had hoped for, offering delightful and thoughtful touches throughout. I loved the multitude of 6 ft. tall windows lighting each room and offering wonderful views of the private hillside gardens and grounds from every room. For anyone who loves to be close to nature, this feature ticked a 10 as I continued my exploration.Walking out onto the patio with my coffee the next morning I was absolutely enchanted with the multitude of bird calls and beautiful songs that greeted me!While I was incredibly impressed with the ongoing discovery of the many considerate and meticulous touches, the thing I loved most was the kind, friendly welcome and warm hospitality I received throughout my stay. I’m happy my husband was able to join me and experience for himself the lovely charm of the Garden House. We plan to return!

Inga was an amazing host. The property worked out perfectly for us and met all our needs. A must stay if you’re visiting Rancho Santa Fe, or anywhere near Encinitas. Hopefully I’ll be back next year…

My wife, son and I were visiting for a breif business trip and had the pleasure of staying in Rancho Sante Fe. The location and the accomodations are top-notch, highly recommend to anyone staying in the Del Mar area.

Beautiful home, wonderful host

We had family coming in from out of town for a graduation and needed some place close. The guest house was perfect. Well-Appointed and a beautiful property. The host was incredibly gracious and super helpful with every step of the process.

This was our second stay in two years, and we are already planning our stay for 2026!This home (I intentionally use this description), is not only extremely private, but the environs are serene. Inga and her family are most gracious. We attend the DelMar horse races; and are close but have the luxury of also enjoying the Valencia Spa (rated the best in California) and top rated restaurants.

It is 100% as described by the host, serene and charming. The guest house is only a few yards from the main house, but is completely private. Guests do not feel they are intruding on the hosts and hosts are always available for assistance. A very warm and welcoming family. The neighbourhood is safe, quiet, but close enough to shopping facilities and to beaches. We could not have been more comfortable and defy anybody to find fault with this guest house.

The Garden House

A little gem of a place tucked away in Rancho Santa Fe with a very private feeling, yet close to beautiful hiking paths and the beach as well as access to San Diego. We had a lovely two week stay and again thank Inga and Stuart for their many acts of generosity and kindness.

Amazing place

This place is great, the host is lovey warm and available without being intrusive. It was so quiet and peaceful which is just the retreat we needed. The kitchen was everything we need to make food. The bedrooms were very quiet for sleeping. This is one of the best vacation rentals I have ever stayed in.

This property is an absolute gem! The Garden House is surrounded by beautiful gardens and includes everything needed for a peaceful getaway. Inga is so welcoming and offered great advice to us as we enjoyed the city.

Garden House

One word description for the Garden House : Spectacular .It’s a lovely guest house located on the property of the hosts main residence . It’s super clean , very comfortable and restfully quiet and yet it’s close to all the main attractions of San Diego . The beaches , hiking trails , restaurants , Del Mar race track and many other destinations are either minutes away or within a reasonable drive .
